Something weird happened recently. One of my office friends randomly mentioned during a call that he had been to Malaysia. Curious, I asked why, and he said it was a work trip related to a startup he's involved with. I casually told him to let me know if there are similar opportunities since I'm looking to change my company. A week later, he called back saying, “It was actually open for you, if you’re serious about earning an extra income.” Sounded like a legit startup thing, so I said okay. He said I’d get a call from his “senior.” That guy called, asked about my background, and said, “Let’s meet, these things can’t be explained properly over the phone.” I agreed. But I fell sick and went home for two weeks. After coming back to Hyderabad, I told a friend about it and he immediately said, “Bro, this is a scam. They contacted me too. I backed out because of the money they ask for.” That’s when I connected the dots. These guys never reveal the business upfront unless you say you’re ready to invest. I Googled about it, found similar scam reports, and decided to go to the meeting just to see what happens. We met at Roast 24 Seven café. I asked if I could bring a friend who's interested and my office friend was like, “No bro, this is exclusive for you.” Huge red flag. At the café, he hyped up his “senior” said he’s from NIT, now working as an SDE in a top MNC. That guy arrived and started asking about my family, hobbies, interests very friendly chat. Then he says, “My senior, who’s like the ChatGPT of this business,” is on his way. I nearly laughed out loud but stayed serious. Meanwhile, he flexed that my friend also have businesses in all metro cities, Singapore, Malaysia, and that the company is registered under his name.  Then comes the “senior’s senior.” Super dramatic entry. Acting busy, constantly on calls, and when he finally sits, he says, “You’ll need to invest ₹5.5 lakhs.” Before that, he starts warming me up with nonsense like, “Even your job today is the result of an investment in education. Without investing, no one earns.” I asked him what kind of business it is so I could talk to my dad. His reply? “Don’t tell your parents, they’ll ask questions you can’t answer. They just want to keep you safe.” Then he suggested I take a loan even borrow from local lenders and gave an insane example: someone who took a 36% interest loan from goons, and now owns 16–18 plots in Dubai and drives a Maserati. 嵐 He even made a “plan” for me: invest ₹4.7L, keep ₹80K to pay EMIs for 5–6 months, and earn ₹50K/month from their “business” to cover it. I again asked, “What is this business exactly?” and he said, “There’s no point telling you unless you’re ready to invest.” At that point, I knew it was all BS. I told them I’d think about it, drank my cappuccino (the only ROI from that meeting), and left. Out of curiosity, I later called my office friend and asked if they have a website or any official documentation since they claim to be running businesses internationally. His reply? “It’s confidential, bro. We can’t share anything unless you’re ready.” I pushed a bit and he said, “If you're seriously interested, I’ll schedule another meetup.” That was the final nail. No transparency, no website, no docs just sketchy meetups and manipulation. TL;DR: If someone hypes up a secret “business opportunity” but won’t tell you what it is unless you invest ₹5+ lakhs, it’s probably a scam. Don’t fall for the drama, fake success stories, and emotional manipulation. Stay sharp.

I'm a freelancer/agency guy in Hyd and I need to vent. Every other day someone messages me asking for a website for ₹2-3k and acts shocked when I quote my actual rate. Here's what people don't get: a website isn't a one-time checkbox, it's a system. The guys charging ₹2-3k build a static landing page, hand it over, and disappear. No SEO, no content strategy, nothing that actually brings in leads. Six months later the business owner is sitting on a digital business card that nobody finds on Google, wondering why it never made them a single rupee. A website should work alongside other channels, not exist in isolation. Think Instagram driving traffic, a link in bio, a website that actually converts that traffic into leads, and some way to manage those leads once they come in. Skip any one part and the rest stops mattering. The real issue is this market is flooded with people calling themselves "agencies" who genuinely don't understand what value even means. That's trained business owners to think ₹2-3k is the market rate for something that should cost 5-10x that if it's actually going to work. Then when something breaks or the leads never show up, those same guys are nowhere to be found, and now anyone who actually knows what they're doing gets called "expensive." Curious if other freelancers/agencies here are dealing with the same thing, or if business owners can share why ₹2-3k feels like the right number to them. Genuinely want to understand both sides.

Myscape Songs of Sun - Financial District PROS === Prime Location & Connectivity to ORR: Walkable distance IT hubs and nearer to Hospitals making it ideal for end use and long-term capital appreciation. Reputable Builder & Maintains quality. Timely Handovers: Consistent delivery on project timelines. Choice : Perfect for long-term buyers or investors seeking proximity to IT corridors for steady rental income and end use in future. Liked faced of project and color changes on different shades of sun. CONS Less ceiling Height. One can expect at least 11 ft ceiling high for these premium projects in FD. Vehicle moment on ground level which makes discomfort for people. Flat doors are adjacent to each as per layout. Some people feel privacy issue. But i don't think it is a major concern to consider as corridor width about 10feet. The road leading to the project from ORR and ISB Road is currently a bit rough. From the ISB side, there is a steep downhill just at Myscape Courtyard, and from the ORR side, the there is an another steep downhill at Krinss Villas. Not sure if water logging occurs during rains, as these are CC roads with proper drainage. Conclusion  This project looks premium when visit model flat and it is a solid choice for end-users prioritizing closeness to IT hubs. Final NOTE : CRM could have been improved as per few customers. I (25F) am a self taught interior design and i have created a 3D model of the interiors of my house. Handover is next year and i want to find out how best to execute my vision. I want custom wooden builds, kitchen, etc. Furniture i can buy directly from stores. Found a good, slightly expensive wooden store. And appliances as well ofc can be bought myself. How do i execute the rest of the interiors? Can i just hire carpenters that would source the materials i want? Is there any interiors company that doesn’t charge a hefty price when i have the whole plan laid out? Whats the best way to go about this? I dont trust most interior design companies to not overcharge/ do a subpar job.

PROS Prime Location & Connectivity to ORR: Excellent access to major IT hubs, making it ideal for strong rental yields and long-term capital appreciation. Reputable Builder. Maintains quality. Enquired from myscape sanctuary project owners. So far pretty good. One can enquiry near by projects. Court yard reviews are recent as well. Timely Handovers: Consistent delivery on project timelines. Competitive Pricing 9450PSFT: Attractive rates considering the premium location and amenities. Perfect for long-term buyers or investors seeking proximity to IT corridors for steady rental income. CONS Limited Carpet Area: Which may feel cramped once interior wood work and fittings are added. Noise Concerns: Some reviews mentioned loud music from the nearby Mamalola restaurant on Myscape Road; however, the project is at a reasonable distance, minimizing impact. Current Road Conditions: The approach road to the site is currently muddy and poorly maintained. Developers claim a 100-foot road will be laid (Currently it is 80ft road), which could significantly improve access. Also heard there is a proposed 100ft road connects to Fisherman Warf. ORR Connectivity Road: The route from ORR to Myscape Road is in rough shape, though a 100-foot widening project is reportedly underway. Conclusion  This project is a solid choice for end-users prioritizing closeness to IT hubs, as well as investors eyeing reliable rental yields and long-term value growth. The pricing remains decent for the location, especially once infrastructure upgrades are complete. Please DM me for any further details and best deals.

Context: 2nd-floor unit, ~1400 sqft, Hyderabad. (Following the previous posts) Shortlist: Fenesta, Aparna Venster, Encraft, WeatherSeal, Duroplast, local vendor. Key requirements: good sealing (rain/wind), long-term hardware reliability, thermal insulation, smooth sliding/operation, honest warranty & after-sales service, and reasonable price. Please critique brands on: Build quality and hardware (locks, rollers, hinges) Sealing and water leakage history in monsoon Installation quality issues to watch for (sealant, anchoring, leveling) Warranty claims responsiveness and typical hidden costs Whether local vendors can match branded value Share installers to avoid or prefer in Hyderabad if possible. Photos or model names helpful.

Hi everyone, I’m starting to shortlist an interior designer for my new apartment in Hyderabad. I’m considering these three right now: Luxe Designs and Spaces Spaces by MTC (Kokapet) D’Life Interiors I’m trying to keep the home modern and minimal. Clean lines, not too much visual clutter. Warm neutral tones, wood accents, bright and airy in the day but cosy at night. Also, I cannot go the “hire carpenters and manage everything myself” route. My situation does not allow me to visit the site daily and supervise. So I’m specifically looking for a firm that can handle execution end-to-end with reliable supervision. If you have first-hand experience (your home, your family’s, or you visited a friend’s place they did), I’d really appreciate the real story. Things I want to understand from actual clients: Did they finish on time? If not, how bad was the delay, and why? How was the execution quality after a few months of living (alignment, finish, gaps, hardware issues, warping, leaks, paint touch-ups)? Were they transparent with pricing and scope, or did costs keep creeping up later? Did they stick to what was promised in the drawings and material list, or were there substitutions and surprises? How strong was site supervision and communication (project manager presence, updates, problem solving)? How was after-sales support once payment was done (snag fixes, warranty, response time)? If you had to do it again, would you pick the same firm or avoid them? Also, if not these three, what other interior design firms would you recommend for good execution and decent value? Even one detailed experience, good or bad, would help me a lot. If you have photos you can share (even in DMs), that’s a bonus. Thanks in advance. I’m trying to avoid an expensive mistake here. Small note: I’m mainly looking for client experiences and firm/studio recommendations in the comments, since that helps me compare options faster. If any individual designers message me, I might not be able to respond to everyone, but I appreciate the intent.

Hi all, I'm pretty interested in Myscape Palma. The Myscape road and the new road which they're claiming will be constructed, if done, will be very good location wise. I've looked at ASBL Loft and Broadway, Pacifica phase 2, few other projects in Tellapur in and around 2 Cr. However, would like to know your opinions or any cons that might be missing from my side w.r.t Myscape? I've seen that the builder reviews and other projects are good. Please share your thoughts.

Hi all — I’m looking for feedback on MyScape Songs of the Sun in FD. Current pricing being quoted: ₹10,600 per sq ft ₹200 per sq ft for “view premium” ₹300 per sq ft for “infrastructure charges” (not sure what this covers) Floor Rise ₹25 per sft per floor from 5th Floor onwards I’m trying to figure out if ₹10,000 per sft a realistic base price to expect?

Hi everyone! I recently booked a unit at the Myscape Palma project in Financial District and was wondering if there are any other owners in this community. Always good to have a network of fellow owners.

I’m looking to purchase a 3 BHK apartment something 2300- 2400 sqft+ area size. I’m looking at FD or anything near that. I found MyScape Songs of sun really good but it has bigger sizes. Wanted to know your opinions if it is worth looking into it. Any suggestions, if you like to look into ?Can wait till 2027-28 for handover. Thank you!

How are the builders and what is a good price. They are quoting 9500 and 500 for amenities and infrastructure. 10,000. Also 25 persft per floor from 5th floor. Their loading is almost 40% (balcony 230sft) for a basic 2910 3bhk. 1700 change is the carpet. Any advise or alternate suggestions
