Same as the title says, I think low budget movies based on hyderabadi slang like Hyderabadi Nawabs, Angrez etc are cult classics.. Why aren't they making such movies now? After Corona, peoples expenditure has increased and they are spending like crazy on entertainment and food, so I think these type of movies will become superhit just like other comedy movies like Jathi Rathnalu..

Hi everyone, I am looking to purchase a flat for self-occupancy in Hyderabad and would appreciate your leads or advice on finding the right property. ✨ Core Preferences Budget: ₹1.5 Cr – ₹2.0 Cr Type: Standalone apartments only (No high-rises/gated communities) Status: Open to both ready-to-move and under-construction units  Key Requirements Connectivity: Easy commute to major IT hubs/workplaces Utilities: Reliable water supply and minimal power disruptions Infrastructure: Good roads with zero to low water-logging issues Environment: Some greenery is a preferred bonus  Areas Explored / Ruled Out Shaikpet: Ruled out due to proximity to burial grounds and known water-logging/power issues. High-Rises: Not interested, even in low-density projects.   Help Needed I am currently considering Kondapur, Nallagandla, and Manikonda but am finding it difficult to track down quality standalone projects. Sourcing: How do you find under-construction standalone buildings? Brokers: Is hiring a local broker mandatory for these types of properties? Leads: Any specific builders or streets in the above areas you would recommend? Thanks in advance for your pointers! Hi, I’m currently residing outside India and planning to move back to India by the end of 2029 or early 2030. I’m looking to purchase a flat in a premium gated community in West Hyderabad—preferably around Neopolis, Tellapur, Gopanapally, Kollur, Budvel, Mokila, Miyapur, or nearby areas. Requirements: • Budget: ~₹2 Cr • Configuration: 3 BHK • Size: 1800–2200 sq. ft. • Expected handover: Around 2030 Open to Villas as well, but not sure if I can get a good villa for less than 3 cr. Since the handover timeline is a few years away, I’m comfortable with a construction-linked or staggered payment plan. I’m primarily looking at Tier-1 builders such as Aparna and My Home, given their reputation and timely handovers. I’ve also heard about an upcoming project from Rajapushpa; however, I’m open to suggestions, as I’ve come across mixed feedback regarding delays and financial constraints. Could you please recommend projects that would best suit my requirements? Also, if anyone has invested in newly launched or under-construction projects expected to complete by 2030, I’d appreciate your insights. NRIs who have followed a similar plan are especially welcome to share their experiences. Thanks in advance.

Looking for ready to move in, new standalone apartment with reasonable distance(~15 km) from Madhapur. Good ground water levels, manjeera connection, no flooding zone are must. Please suggest good properties with this criteria. Edit to post (8/Dec) - thank you all for your responses, passed the details to my friend, after checking all he is more inclined towards Kollur area. I got one in Pati but he says neary by Exit 2. If any flats available for ready to move with the criteria mentioned in original post, pls proivde details.

I’m looking to buy a 3 bhk flat near Nallagandla because it’s cheaper there and can also consider Tellapur, financial district but I know it’s expensive. I can do 10% down payment but can’t afford otp. Prefer construction linked payment where I pay the full amount once the flat is handed over and in instalments until then. High rise apartments with good builder experience is my criteria. My friend has purchased in Godrej bangalore and they gave him financing option where he pays almost nothing until flat is handed over. So looking for the apt to be handed over in 3 years or so. Main criteria is the flat has to be cheap and affordable. Around 7k per sft. Currrently I’m looking at Tridasa and also considering other ventures but would love to know your input. And this is my first time buying an apt. Let me know if the market is in a good state or if it has high prices and I should consider buying in later years.

I’ve done this before and got recommended some really nice songs and music. Here are some of my recent listens that you might enjoy: Lights Go Out - Chapter and Verse Far Away Place (Rampa Remix) - Xinobi, Vaarwell, Rampa Revision (feat Gio Santi) - Maceoplex (I’ve been listening to this for a long time and it’s my favourite) XXX feat U2 - Kendrick Lamar Broke in a Minute - Tory Lanez Overdue - Metro, Travis Telugu and Hindi songs - I repeat this playlist daily, but a few favourites that I listen to more frequently are Asha Pasham, Kanulalo Thadiga, Oohalu Oorege Galaanthaa, Aahista Aahista, and Tere Liye. Please let me know what you’re listening to. I’d love to hear it too, as I’m running out of my kind of music. Thank You!

Link to previous post: https://www.reddit.com/r/hyderabadrealestate/s/52UEiw8EPh A few weeks ago, I posted here asking for rental suggestions around the Gachibowli/Nanakramguda area. Many of you shared locality recommendations, water-related insights, and practical advice. Happy to share that we've finally locked in a place! We ended up taking a 2BHK in Gulmohar Park Colony for ₹25k including maintenance. What worked in its favor: • Quiet residential neighborhood with only families around. This community has no-bachelor policy • Good greenery compared to many nearby areas • Close to both Nanakramguda and Gachibowli for office commute • Lingampally railway station is nearby, which is a huge plus for occasional travel • D-Mart, grocery stores, pharmacies, and daily needs are all within easy reach • Has both Manjeera water connection and bore water, which was one of our top priorities after hearing so many tanker dependency stories To make the search easier, we actually rented a bike for a few days and spent time exploring different areas ourselves. That turned out to be one of the best decisions. Some areas we eventually ruled out: Kondapur, TNGOs Colony, and parts of the High Tension Road stretch Our personal observations: • Felt too commercial and crowded for long-term living • Limited greenery in many pockets • Rents seemed quite high for what was being offered • Many apartments were heavily dependent on water tankers • Didn't get the residential vibe we were looking for Of course, this is just our experience and others may prefer those locations depending on their priorities. Now we're entering the next phase: setting up the house! We need to move in within the next 2 weeks and would love suggestions from Hyderabad folks: Best places to buy furniture at reasonable prices? (offline stores, local markets, factory outlets, etc.) Any good online deals you've recently found? Has anyone rented furniture for the first few months and then purchased later? Was it worth it? Any recommendations for mattresses, wardrobes, study tables, sofas, appliances, curtains, kitchen essentials, etc.? Any hidden gems around Lingampally, Nallagandla, Chanda Nagar, Hafeezpet, or Miyapur for budget-friendly home setup? Current plan is to buy only essentials first, rent where it makes sense, and wait for good festive deals before making bigger purchases. Thanks again to everyone who helped during the house hunt. The community advice genuinely made a difference.

Hi, guys I sorted out Ramky one symphony after visiting lot of areas like tellapur, nallagandla & gopanepally. As it fits within my budget (1cr at max) and my office is just 7kms from this society. I prefered good gated society(as ramky is reputed builder) and yes, compromising with area/location. Is it worth going for this? Please give your thoughts 

Hi everyone, I’m looking for a 2 / 2.5 BHK in Kokapet or Narsingi with a budget up to ₹1.3 Cr. Preference is for under-construction projects with possession by late 2027. I’m keen to stick to a strict budget, though open to understanding if this range is realistic. Any leads or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I am getting an investor share flat in ramky one symphony for 75 lacs due to one time payment. I like the project the only bad thing is the naala flowing next to it. Should I go for it? Would most likely put it on rent. Can I expect 20k rent from it?
