A beautiful and well-planned residential space — and easily the tallest tower in the area, offering scenic views and a sense of openness. What stood out the most was the peaceful atmosphere. Despite being fully occupied, there was hardly any noise — no loud music, shouting, or disturbances, which made it feel calm and homely. The cleanliness of the property was impressive — everything was spic and span. The amenities add to the charm, especially the well-maintained swimming pool and a decent gym located conveniently on the ground floor. Overall, a quiet, elegant living space ideal for those who value comfort, cleanliness, and peace of mind.

I lost my metro card because someone pushed me really hard in Hitech City metro. It fell in the track and i was told to forget about it. At my station I went to the counter to get a new card. I was using the green one. He showed some a metro card which looked more like a debit/credit card and told me so many things. Apparently the green card has been discontinued. I was like babu just give me whatever card you’ve I’m TIRED. So today was the day I got to use it. I initially scanned the card how I used to do. But it was not getting scanned. I asked a security personnel how to do it and usne ishara kiya how to scan it. But I was trying different ways and nothing was happening. He saw me struggling, got irritated and was scolding (or berating idk) me saying ki card aisa istemaal karna hai. I said main pehli baar use kar Rahi hoon. Chillana zaroori nahi hai. But everyone heard what happened 沈. I’m attaching tha cursed card for reference tho. Gotta learn how to use so I don’t have to ask anyone anything.

Same as the title says, I think low budget movies based on hyderabadi slang like Hyderabadi Nawabs, Angrez etc are cult classics.. Why aren't they making such movies now? After Corona, peoples expenditure has increased and they are spending like crazy on entertainment and food, so I think these type of movies will become superhit just like other comedy movies like Jathi Rathnalu..

Hi everyone, I’m currently looking to buy a residential plot (200–300 sq. yards) in Hyderabad to construct a home for my parents, as we’re planning to move and stay together as a family. I work in Gachibowli, so I’m ideally looking for locations with good connectivity to ORR or within a 30–40 min commute. What I’m specifically looking for: * A good, peaceful residential locality * Low pollution (preferably away from industrial zones) * Reliable water availability (very important) * Access to hospitals, daily needs, and basic infrastructure * Safe neighborhood / good security * Suitable for long-term family living (not just investment) I initially explored villa projects around Mokila and Shankarpalli, but most options are starting around ₹3 Cr+, which is beyond my current budget. So I’m now planning to buy a plot and construct an independent house instead. I’m still exploring budget options, so I’m open to suggestions, insights, or genuine opportunities from people who have experience in these areas. Thanks in advance! Posted on behalf of a friend.
When Pro Kabaddi League first launched in 2014 a lot of people including me looked at kabaddi as a rustic desi game that was played in rural akhadas or school grounds. It had cultural value sure.. but it never had the same "cool factor" as cricket, football, or even badminton....But Pro Kabaddi completely changed that perception...Bro, I swear when Pro Kabaddi first dropped it felt like IPL’s younger, cooler cousin. Neon lights, Bollywood intros, people screaming raaaiderrrr like it was Undertaker’s WWE entrance. ...But now? Feels like I’m the only one left screaming “kabaddi kabaddi” in my living room while my family looks at me like I’ve lost it....Did everyone move on or are we secretly all still watching highlights at 2AM pretending we don’t care ...Lowkey feels like PKL made kabaddi fashionable for a hot minute, then the hype just… evaporated like a raider who stepped out of bounds. So what’s the vibe — still alive or officially a ghost league?
So guys, I’m working in an MNC and I want to shift from Visakhapatnam to Hyderabad to try my luck in creative jobs/take a weekend film making course, while continuing my software job. So please suggest a place to stay. I have to commute to the office for 10 days a month, and the rest of the time it’s WFH (I guess by now you can guess the company ). So the tricky part is: should I get a PG or a flat in Jubilee Hills or any film-related areas and travel to the office for those 10 days a month? If so, can anyone please let me know how much traffic time it would take from Jubilee Hills or similar areas to Gachibowli? I can’t really trust Google Maps for Hyderabad traffic on working days. Also, please suggest: A good luxury PG with decent food (may be 2 sharing??) — max budget ₹20k Or a 1BHK in a good area — max budget ₹20k (though cooking will be a nightmare for me if I take a flat ) I know it’s a long post, but please read and share your suggestions. Thanks in advance!
Hi, I wanted to reach out here with regards to a romcom that I am writing and directing. It's a Telugu feature film backed by a leading production house. I did post something a year back and there were a lot of delays with the project (All for good), and now we're in a stage to start shooting by the end of Aug or beginning of September. I have about 4-5 people in my team right now and they have a fixed monthly salary. I'm looking to add 4-5 more, so this post is regarding the same. I am looking for assistant directors (Of any experience). It's better if you have knowledge/interest in the process of filmmaking. Added advantage if you have any prior film or short film experience. Also, most of the film is shot in Hyderabad so it's better if you are living here. I wanted to let you know that the salary/payroll for these new additions would only start once the film starts going on floors (From the beginning of shoot). I know it sucks but it is what it is. The production is already paying for the earlier joinees so can't expect much at this point. So, keeping this in mind, I wanted to bring interested folks into my team. All I expect from you is a bit of accountability and a lot of passion. Talent comes second, discipline comes first. So, if you are interested to be a part of our vision, please reach out. Thank you.
I’ve been investing in East Hyderabad (near the ORR stretch) for a while, but I’m now looking to diversify into the South Corridor. My goal is to find a clear-titled open plot that can deliver organic growth over the next 4–5 years and potentially outperform Mutual Funds (targeting 15% CAGR). My Strategy: • Budget: ~₹150000 - ₹20,000 per sq. yard. • Purpose: Pure investment. • Timeline: next 5-7 years • Requirements: Must be HMDA/DTCP approved with RERA. No Gram Panchayat layouts Target Areas: 1. Maheshwaram & Mansanpally stretch: Especially the Thimmapur to Mansanpally - Maheshwaram road. 2. Pedda Golconda Exit: Proximity to ORR. 3. Shadnagar Area: For long-term industrial and residential appreciation. I need your advice on: • Is Below ₹20k/sq.yd realistic for an HMDA plot in the Thimmapur-Mansanpally-Maheshwaram stretch in 2026? • Between Pedda Golconda exit and Shadnagar, which area offers better liquidity for a "cash-in" exit after 5 years? • Are there any specific hidden pockets in these zones that are currently undervalued but have strong RRR (Regional Ring Road) connectivity? • Any red flags or specific developers to avoid in these specific south zones? Between the Pharma City/Fourth City influence in the South and the IT/Logistics growth in the East, which has better 5-year "organic" appreciation? • Are there any "hidden gem" pockets near the RRR intersections that fit this budget? Would appreciate insights from fellow investors who are tracking this belt. Thanks!
I Was recently checking out a boutique project near Film Nagar, Jubilee Hills and found this quite interesting. It’s not a typical big apartment project , only 5 flats in total, basically one flat per floor. Felt more like a private residence setup than a regular gated community. Each unit is around 4500 SFT (4BHK), so space-wise it’s pretty massive. What stood out to me was the privacy aspect and the fact that it’s in a prime location close to KBR side. From what I understood: • Only 5 units (low density) • Large floor plans • Premium specs + 3 car parking • Targeted more towards end-users / HNI buyers Not sure how many units are still available, but seemed like a rare kind of inventory for that area. If anyone is actively looking in Jubilee Hills or similar budget, might be worth checking it out. Feel free to DM - I can share more details +91-7799262262
