I had a terrible experience with My Home Constructions with so much compromise on quality as builder cheated us in My Home Vihanga, as he just printed amazing brochures, built concrete balconies that was changed after resindents fought a lot. Also landscaping is a disaster and looks classy only in brochure. There is no quality granite and used for tree cubes and no huts. Residents fought to get Huts, fountains in park as shown in brochure. Lifts are no Stainless steel lifts but painted lifts, cutting corners in quality wherever you look. Waterlogging in basement is an issue too. So my next flat is defenitely Aparna and I have seen much better quality in Zenith before I proceeded to book here. It's a good location (Very near upcoming Google Campus and Amazon Waverock and all offices). Upcoming Metro to Shamshabad in service road. Upcoming 120 feet road from Kokapet to Jubilee checkpost adjacent to Aparna ZENON. I hope they give better customization options and add a kitchen window in south west corner in 2.5 hk flats. I also hope they add a temple as it's a 30 acre project. There is an assurance that High tension electric pylon strcutures will go away and we hope that is the case.

Dear Aparna Zenon Team, I would like to bring to your attention a few concerns regarding the current parking arrangements for external service personnel visiting your premises. As per the existing policy, outside vehicles are not permitted inside the premises, even when they are attending to Aparna residents. While we respect the policy, vehicles are being parked outside the premises, which exposes them to risks such as pollution, weather conditions, and theft. Today, I experienced an unfortunate incident where my helmet was stolen from my parked bike. This raises concerns about the basic safety and security measures in place for vehicles parked outside. In light of this, I kindly request your team to consider installing CCTV cameras in the designated external parking areas to enhance security and provide a sense of safety. Additionally, the current parking space allocated for outside vehicles is insufficient. As a result, many vehicles are being parked along the roadside, increasing the risk of traffic obstruction and potential accidents. I request you to kindly review this situation and consider providing adequate parking space within the premises for service personnel to help prevent such issues.
Exactly after 11years of Hill park Avenue, I got convinced to purchase another Aparna properties at Zenon that looks Luxurious and good investment for the money. In the vicinity of many reputed schools and IT establishments. This project is very close to all natural lovers. If the lake overlooking this apartment gets cleaned it will be more value addition to the residents. The view in the ORR side will be amazing in the evening. The cost is definitely higher for the quality and the amenities. I am sure it would look posh and lively by end of 2025 when it’s going to be unaffordable
The whole Aparna Zenon project is surrounded by an Open Nala! Don't know when the government will cover it. Low Density Doesn’t Mean Better Planning – Aparna Zenon Case Many buyers get impressed when they hear the term “low density project.” Fewer flats per acre sounds great on paper — more open space, better ventilation, less crowding. But one important question is often ignored: How is that open space actually being used? In some projects, even with low density, a large portion of the podium or ground floor area is allocated for regular vehicle movement. Around 40–50% of what should feel like safe, open community space becomes internal roads and driveways. At the same time: Kids’ play areas are placed right next to driveways. Sports courts are located along vehicle movement paths. Walking zones and cycling areas overlap with car routes. This reduces safety, comfort, and the actual usable open space for residents. Low density should mean: Safer pedestrian zones Dedicated play areas away from traffic Better landscape planning Clear separation between vehicles and community spaces But if planning is not done properly, even a low-density project can feel congested and poorly designed. So before buying, don’t just look at the “flats per acre” number. ✔ Check the master layout carefully. ✔ See how much the open area is truly vehicle-free. ✔ Visit the site and observe movement patterns. Low density is good — but smart space utilization is what really matters.
