Good mid range property in the vicinity of Narsingi, reachable distance from any buisness parks of kokapet .it's near Manikonda parallel lanes as well.Gated society with gym, grocery store, pool, yoga center, badminton court, indoor game zone. Its filled with greenery and ample children play area.Its rated high if one chooses for mid range properties.Definitely not for people with high budgets and searching for luxury condominiums

I was one of the first Investors in this property , Way back in 2014, when they had just started the construction in . It was my first home and I was little skeptical initially as this was the first project from Accurate Management. . I had blocked a 2BHK apartment in the G Block initially. Later there was a circular from the Telengana Govt. On not having high rise buildings within 100 mt. of water bodies ..hence I opted to shift to the F Block in 2015. I took possession of the flat last year and happy to share that I found a tenant immediately. Narsingi is the next Gachibowli in the making , with so many projects & corporate offices in the vicinity , it's bound to become the next happening place . The proposed Mall in front is taking shape very well and that has helped in seeing the appreciation of the Property. As an Accuratian, I am very happy with the Management. They Delivered on Time and Quality of construction is very good . I highly recommend this to People who are looking for a house closer to the IT Corridor and even to People who are looking at buying a house just from an Investment point of vie w .

I was dissatisfied with their sales team and opted for another builder in Nallagandla finally. They filled all my details & my budget aswell to a form, then they started smiling at each other(sales team) because I was 5 to 10 Lakh short. Then they told sorry its out of your budget. I did notice this behaviour even though i am ready to pay 1cr + but still i am not able to afford I do understand that. But the sales team, they don't have any authority to show off such behavior on anyone's perspective. To the sales team : if you are such rich person to smile at customer's budget then I think this is a very mediocre job for you. You are over qualified /way richer to do such jobs.

Nice apartment with very big garden..community wise is very good.. they make nice events but only problem is with misquotes..

Very good project with lush green garden all over. Even buffer zone attached to the society is utilised judiciously. The feedback is as on Sep 2022.

Oh this is my happy place...my brother's friend resides here..once in a while we get a chance to go and stay here..and telling you this feels like coming to a place completely different..and most peaceful especially staying at 12 th floor is nothing but happy and comfort vibe.. also this is of everything they have everything within the community indoor outdoor games , swimming pool , supermarket,saloon ,club .great peaceful place

Prime location

Excellent residential complex in a prime location! The apartments are spacious and well-designed with modern amenities. The complex is well-maintained with good security. Surrounded by greenery which makes it peaceful. Close proximity to schools, hospitals and shopping areas. Parking is sufficient. Great choice for families looking for comfortable living in Hyderabad!

One of the worst constructions around recently. We went to look for a 3bhk for rent purposes, the premises are dirty, unclean and full of mosquitoes. There is constant noise from the Lancom site nearby. In every block there are only 2 lifts one passenger and one service, due to which people end up using the service lift for travelling up and down which gets worst in the peak hours. The grass in the common area is all brown which shows the society doesnt invest in taking care of the premises. I spoke to some residents and they told that post 5pm they don’t step out of their house due to the mosquitoes. I wouldn’t suggest anyone renting/buying a flat there even if available for cheaper price.

Good place to stay around Narsingi and Kokapet

I have the pleasure of living in this gated community apartment, and I can't say enough good things about it! Accurate wind chimes is the best Residential Apartment and Villa Builder in Hyderabad. Cost will be high, but it is value for our money. Awesome location, peaceful and lush green environment. I have recently booked a Flat. I would definitely suggest anyone interested in buying flats or villas in Hyderabad to book a flat here.
