Recently i moved into Prestige high fields nanakramguda as tenent, seeing bad situation here I did some research on gated communities in west Hyderabad and kukatpally area, I see almost all the communities with flats in the range of 2-2.5 cr(10k per sqft) have very major issues and on going conflicts with the builders. Maximum the flat owners can do or doing is to post negative reviews on the builder upcoming projects or threaten the builder saying they won’t purchase from them again which I think most of them can’t do even if they want. As with all projects builders don’t even care to remove the negative comments and are even announcing the phase 2’s of the already disastrous project. Will there be any end to this cycle? Is it that hard to provide flats with good quality and promised amenities? Will government interfere or are they ok with commission?

Close proximity to software companies - amazon, waverock, cyient, icici and many small-medium sized IT and BFSI. Schools like Shriram, futurekids ,Keystone international, Vidyalok, Radcliffe etc in the PHF vicinity. Just beside PHF residential there is corporate commercial building in construction by Prestige. Flats of 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5 and 4 bhk with different dimensions are available. Total of 10 towers with each tower having 33 floors. Terrace mounted helipad parking of medical urgency. It's a wonderful gated community project with best of amenities. Very near to Wipro circle, Cap Gemini and other corporate companies. It will be so good for people employed in IT Firms bcoz you can just walk down to your office. I hope who ever takes a flat in prestige will never face traffic and commuting problems bcoz of close proximity to IT hub. There are 09 towers, well ventilated, proper security and we'll managed and maintained. Swimming pool lush green gardens, kids play area, basement parking etc, within few months going to be a iconic township strategically located to places like airport, financial district, Gachibowli and hitech City.

Probably I would say this is one of the finest ever residential societies in Hyderabad I have ever visited. I visited this place as a visitor because I was looking for a flat to buy but they were sold out. Many of my friends in Bangalore has boasted so much about prestige group but after visiting this place, I feel prestige deserves all the hype and all the praises. High Fields is a Disney inspired gated residential community with world class amenities. The geographical placement of all towers itself is a big plus point for all residents. Their club house is just wonderful. Swimming pool is wow. Over all, prestige group rocks and the residents are lucky!!

Great society but some flats have very high prices to stay in. There are 10 towers in the society which are named after some of the Disney characters like Simba, Daisy, Winnie, Nemo, etc. There is a central clubhouse called Lions Club House with swimming pool, Ratnadeep, hair salon, courts for squash, badminton, table tennis, etc. There is also a big swimming pool in the central area of the society with a park and children's playground besides it. There are footpaths around the perimeter to walk during morning or evening and a lots of different statues of Disney themed characters through the complex. There is parking for everyone in the basement and there even a electric charging station for EVs to charge up. The overall theme of the society is on the point and great for children to learn about and see the statues. There is also a maze made of grass that can be explored. The location right now seems remote due to few societies nearby but due to a lot of construction going on nearby, there is going to be many new companies and society in future which will make it a prime location with with better access from public transport. Overall it's a great society with good amenities.

Huge towers with 36 floors for each tower and 4 lifts for each tower which reach the 36th floor in around 35-40 secs. Well maintained with level B2 parking. Greenery and a lot of open space, a good walk area, a cycling track, a very big swimming pool which is well maintained. Security guards are quite active and each block has care takers and guides...

PRESTIGE HIGH FIELDS in financial district nanakarmaguda is really a very prestigious project build is of high quality material and finish 33 floors of beautiful structure its like a transfer print from site model to reality exact model has been recreated the club house boosts of a mini theatre, a medical store and for all your rations RATNADEEP SUPER MARKET to provide all your household needs a big Jim, snooker tables all kinds of indoor games a swimming pool on top floor and the central area is very beautiful with a large swimming pool not very deep with greenary all around kids out door game's is a best thing for kids were having a great time it's a good place for kids to have fun n friends even the old people are having a great time near the central pool area having a peaceful time after a hectic busy day at work this is heaven a food truck is serving best south india food very clean and beautifully  maintained lawns greenary all around with top security large area two floors basement parking security as good as to serve a  king this place looks like a resort you can jog go cycling take a walk or play badminton or ⭐ stargazing from central pool area this place is huge there are many small parks inside at different areas you can be in your own personal  kingdom do your own things there are many more i have not mentioned a restaurant is yet to open you have community hall big or small celebration can be performed at your own sweet time it's a dream home  every one will  love to own our piece of heaven its the most happening place were in your neighborhood of Microsoft, ISB, Continental hospitals and many top IT companies and residential apartments project i am very impressed with the whole idea of living in a beautiful residential apartment project with a world  with in a different experience of its kind 綠️律!

Visited the place for a function as a visitor. The theme, township, greenery, amenities, and security are top notch. The proximity to financial district and ORR is a definite plus. Though there is no residential area outside the township, I believe everything is taken care of inside. Overall a luxurious residential community in Hyderabad.

Well thought of and planned gated community that's great for family, kids, elderly and pets too. Good amenities that are fairly maintained at this point. Good landscaping and greenery that makes it pleasant to walk during the day and night. Well lit and ventilated flats with no common walls, although the balconies are tiny in some flats and some of the fittings/furnishings provided by the builder could have been better. Piped gas is available though you are at the mercy of BGL's pathetic service or the lack of it. Lot of construction around the community so it's pretty noisy, roads leading up to PHF are dusty, broken at points and a challenge to maintain. Connectivity to ORR and Financial district/city is good. Mobile network sucks a bit though, but mostly it's a great gated community!

One of the Worst communities. micromanagement at its peak. Management not working on managing the society but just forcing rules and they are worst for tenants. Think before going here Not a premium society, but premium rent
