Fell in love with the project on my 1st visit itself. Builder and management are simply awesome, and honestly surprised with the pricing compared to the market. The brochure and project amenities gave me a premium feel, and looking forward to seeing the same quality reflected in the final delivery - this will definitely be one of the top projects in Kokapet. I don't know how the builder is able to make a mid rise in this premium location and high land cost. If he completes as he is showing in the brochure, It's going to be a high demanded project for people looking to stay in a mid rise.

Took the metro today without my earphones and went on a full blown fragrance journey. Had to switch at three different stops and with every new crowd that poured in, came a new aroma. One guy smelled like he had just bathed in Attar. The next smelled like fresh laundry. Of course, all of this was layered with the usual base note of underarm sweat that comes with public transport. Some scents made me want to chase the person down and ask what they were wearing and others gave me a headache. That whole ride made me curious of what do people of Hyderabad actually prefer when it comes to fragrances???
