I sincerely appreciate the dedication and professionalism of Rama Lakshmi in handling the CRM process and agreement paperwork for The Drizzle project. Her attention to detail, efficiency, and commitment to ensuring a smooth and transparent process made the entire experience seamless. The Drizzle is currently under construction, with possession expected by December 2025.

We have flat in this project..visited site multiple times not even a single time we had a chance to talk to project incharge or project engineer..today morning we visited project..yesterday we spoke to sales person and he said that he’ll send them when we visit the project and when we visited he sent some junior sales person..despite of asking of incharge they only sent junior sales person. We have seen our flat and it had some leakages in washrooms (it’s still in construction phase only) we had few doubts) we again asked the junior sales person and also called the sales person and told him the issue and we asked again that we want to talk to project incharge..again he is says something as usual. They don’t care about customer..and also project handover was on December 2025 and grace period was till june 2026 …still exterior work like slabs also not completed

To early to judge the project, but, 1) Project is on great 100 feet road on calmness and little away from husstle bustle center of Alkapoor. 2) Mivan structure and good layout plan. 3) Developer Ananda have dveloped many projecta in nearby area. 4) Fairly priced as of 2024. 5) Not so dense and floor plans are good. 6) East facing flats will not have lake view. 7) It is on Neknampur lake front, which is one of bad smelling lake, they need to redevlop it, otherwise all windows will be in shut and no one can use amenities. 8) Defence need to approve the approch road to Narsingi. Otherwise traversing through alkapoor will be a nightmare as roads are too narrow. 9) Aminities part of the project is completely in Buffer zone of lake. In future might face issues, if lake filled completely due to heavy rains, in case.

They're quoting ₹7500 per sqft or ₹5500 for a one-time payment. I'd love your feedback, especially on these concerns: The project has 3576 flats in 29 acres. Will it be too crowded with the narrow roads near Dmart, LB Nagar? I heard they’re planning a phased handover starting next year. Is this feasible?

Hi Everyone, We are planning to purchase a new property (preferably 2.5 BHK or 3 BHK) in the Manikonda or Khajaguda area. My husband’s new office will be at Grava Business Park, Kokapet, and my office is at Sattva Knowledge City. That’s why we decided on Manikonda/Khajaguda — it offers a fairly balanced commute for both of us. We are open to Narsingi as well. So far, we’ve visited several projects including Ananda Homes Drizzle, Anuhar Towers, AVL Sankruti, Sunshine Homes Vihaan, Gangothri Prithvi, Ananda Homes Legacy, Sukhi Ubuntu, and EIPL Tamarind. Of these, only Sukhi Ubuntu and Drizzle worked location-wise. Most other developments have issues like drains, a graveyard, mosque, church, or temple right outside the balcony, which we’d prefer to avoid. We also have a budget constraint of around ₹1 Cr – ₹1.5 Cr (all-inclusive) and don’t want to stretch beyond our savings. If you have suggestions for new or upcoming projects within this budget that are in decent localities, or other areas that would suit our offices, please let us know. Thank you!

I was searching for less crowded semi gated/ gated communities within 1.3Cr budget and came across the below.. Please suggest which of the following projects do I need to choose.. I am interested in thr below locations only. League Lexus, Bandlaguda Jagir Ananda The Drizzle, Narsingi Gowra Urbanwinds, Kismathpur Ramky One Genext, Uppal - its peaceful and nearby metro station..i have been living near this area and im planning to purchase a new flat and move with family....but only drawback its far from my office which is in Madhapur.. Need some inputs Thanks
