Everything is good with rich interiors for rich lifePristinely placed in the heart of Alkapur Township, Anuhar Towers is a breath of fresh air — just right for relaxed living and safely away from city clutter. within inside the stately apartments enclosure and all around Alkapur Township, ensure a breezy yet busy lifestyle. What’s more, the IT/business centres, eminent educational institutions, resplendent resorts, finest of fine dining options and mega malls within a radius of 1 -5 kilometres from the site promise a bright, playful way to take on every day!

I am owner of one of the flats in Anuhar A block. let me write my honest review here. Since last one and half years there is neglible progress. These people are scamming buyers. I paid close to 90% in payments, CRM doesnt take calls, Management is busy promoting other projects of Anuhar projects. A home is a clebration for middle class people, after spending life-savings here, taking some loan and paying EMIs and living in a dream that someday they will deliver and I can live in my house, this is the pity situation in which I am living currently. While most of my friends and relatives have happily moved on (who bought apartments in same timelines as I did), I am looking for a house to rent. Basically I am ruined Financially by paying EMIs and Rent plus emotionally pressure from family and when ever we visit the site. I dont see labor at site, dont see any moving status of my block. I strongly urge people not to buy anything related to Anuhar and their associated brands. People in hyderabad are in need of housing it doesnt mean that builders will cheat after taking money. We all deserve a house, on-time especially after you pay for it. At the end to our dear Anuhar builder and their promoters, I belive in Sanathana Dharma, Karma always comes back to you. I want you to do well, you still have time to correct your mistakes and re-instate trust in your buyers. ............................................................................................ Hi Anjula (Very unfriendly CRM), Since you aren't sharing any monthly updates I recently visited the apartment, we very pissed off with your slow progress overall. Again after taking 91% (90% in payment and 1% inTDS) when I recently visited the apartment, not only is it very poorly maintained, but when I asked the A Block in charge Chandra he is saying my flat is not a priority. Not a single time the payment is delayed. Why is my apartment not prioritized? I last visited one month back, comparitively It is in the same or worst state. Please understand the frustration of not getting flat delivered on time and paying RENT and EMIs. I don't understand why I will pay registration and last payment before handover given there is quite some work left over. The corridor has not started yet, my apartment has no doors. It's not cleanly maintained, people are chewing tobacco and spitting around you can see near the lift area in many places (especially ground). I feel like I booked my apartment in government quarters. Your A Block incharge wants flats to be prioritized by CRM he doesn't care who paid and all. There is no respect for your customers (this will go very badly on Anuhar). Until you say your In-charge won't clean, Until you say your In-charge won't brush his teeth, Until you say your In-charge won't put my apartment doors. Can you please ask your In-charge to prioritize my flat. You can lobby RERA and you can lobby other government officials but not for long. I, being an honest taxpayer will fight legally post November if the apartment is not in livable condition.

Can’t stop laughing on the positive comment posted here. Don’t just predict a good future from the fake promises from such builder and write reviews. Experience it and then write your comments. By this at least you help others. This builder is the worst in its every aspects. They do hide the litigation of their lands until legal consequences arise and the live examples is RR Tower. People started living in RRT project with out registration with completely unsecured and not in a livability’s condition. This builder and its team don’t have basic manners to treat customers who feels frustrated/scared/exhausted because of them. Just recommend not to trust Anuhar builder.

We have taken a flat for possession on Dec 2025. So obviously I did not have any issue for the delivery date. However reading others comments makes me worry about they delivering even on Dec-2025. Any sensible builder wouldn't want to ruin their reputation. I think they are not properly getting to know it as there is no community of the buyers/purchasers. I hope they will take accounts of the comments of the frustrated buyers.

Please do not go with this project. Check around the experience of the current owners of the other projects of this builder (I am one of Rami Reddy Towers). Pathetic quality, pathetic maintenance and pathetic service. They are hogging payments to a the services even when they have collected the maintenance amount for the next two years from the owners. They are fending off their responsibility for sourcing water to the community, slowly they would wash off all the responsibilities even with all the amount collected. Most of the amenities are not is usable state. They are yet to completely hand over the RRT project, work is still going on in certain blocks. WTP and STP have been enabled very recently. Not a builder to go with and do not lock in your money with this builder. Update: They have turned from bad to worse. They have collected all the maintenance and corpus funds as part of registration, but they are not providing any amenities, they have pending dues with all the vendors(security, pool, electricity, garbage collection, cleaning, etc.,) I haven't seen such a pathetic builder and such a pathetic maintenance. None of the funds collected from us are reaching the vendors.

We booked our flat in 2022. The salesperson promised us possession by December 2023. They keep extending it by 6 months, and now it's December 2024 with no progress in development so far. Now they are saying December 2025.

One of the worst builders in Hyderabad. Even small local builders in villages are far better than Anuhar. Comparing others with Anuhar is a complete waste — they only know how to grab money, nothing else. It’s been almost 2 years since the promised handover time for Anuhar Towers, but still, they haven’t handed over the flats. Now they’re saying that if we complete the registration, then only they’ll hand over. The tower itself is not even in a livable condition, there’s no Occupancy Certificate (OC), yet they’re insisting on registration just to take money. They’re saying they will complete and hand over only those flats that are registered — I’ve never seen such rules with any other builder. Such a worst builder — extremely cheap. The construction quality is also very poor. The CRM team is even worst — they don’t even know how to talk to customers properly. When we ask about handover, they keep giving excuses and talk disrespectfully. No one trusts Anuhar Builders anymore.

Very Reliable Builder. Of course there are delays like in any other project. But the builder cares to address his purchasers with status and timelines. They did take actions from their side so that purchasers are not at loss

Can all the buyers and make a group ,let’s visit the office.as a individual if we reaching them they are not considering serious and they just delaying handover.I visit Anuhar every alternate week but there no workers I see . Can some one take initiative let’s create what’s up group
