We invested in a flat with ASBL in Hyderabad after trusting all the promises made during sales discussions and marketing. We were clearly told that handover would happen by December 2025, and based on that commitment, we planned our finances, rentals, interiors, and family decisions accordingly. Now we are well past the promised timeline, and the experience has honestly been exhausting and disappointing. The most frustrating part is not just the delay — delays can happen in construction. It is the way customers are treated after investing crores into their projects. Communication becomes weak, accountability disappears, and genuine concerns are not handled respectfully. Instead of transparency, buyers are left chasing updates continuously with no proper clarity. Many of us trusted the brand because of the image they project, but the reality after purchase feels completely different. Once the payment process is mostly completed, the customer experience changes drastically. Buyers who invested their hard-earned savings are made to feel helpless, ignored, and mentally drained. If you are planning to invest in Hyderabad real estate, please do deep research before choosing ASBL. Speak to existing buyers, join owner groups, and understand the real ground situation instead of relying only on marketing presentations and promises. There are several other reputed builders in Hyderabad with far better customer handling, transparency, and delivery track records. A home purchase is one of the biggest decisions in life, and nobody deserves this level of stress after investing so much money. Posting this so that future buyers can make informed decisions and avoid going through the same experience many of us are facing now.

I am beyond frustrated by the continued lack of accountability and the failure to resolve the numerous defects identified in our flat in spectra. Despite my proactive and constant follow-ups, these issues remain entirely unaddressed to this day. The timeline of this negligence is as follows: * **February 2026**: On February 21, 2026, I submitted a formal report via "Outlook Document.PDF" detailing the handover defects. Despite clear visual evidence of poor workmanship captured in images. the team’s only response on February 24 was a vague request to schedule a joint inspection rather than providing an expected resolution date. * **March 2026**: Despite the documented evidence provided in February, the entire month passed without any tangible corrective action or repair work being completed in the unit. * **April 2026**: Communication remained stagnant, and I was forced to continue chasing the team for status updates, yet no progress was made to rectify the identified defects. * **May 2026**: As of today, May 30, 2026, the defects persist, and I am still without a concrete resolution timeline. It is completely unacceptable to be stuck in this loop of inactivity for months after handover. I have been left with a defective unit and absolutely no support from the team, which has been an exhausting and disappointing experience. I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious, as this level of service is simply not sustainable or professional.

I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with ASBL Loft. I was considering buying a property in Hyderabad purely as an investment while I’m based in Delhi. Mr. Surya pressured me into paying ₹50,000 immediately to block a unit, even though I was flying the very next day and clearly mentioned my situation. He assured me multiple times that the amount would be fully refundable within 24 hours if I changed my mind. After visiting the site, I decided not to go ahead and canceled within the promised time frame. I was told on 21st February that my refund would be processed right away. Today is 25th April, and I have still not received a single rupee back. What’s worse is the complete lack of accountability. The CRM team—Mr. Rahat and Mr. Sandeep—either don’t pick up calls or keep giving false assurances like “this week” and “next week,” dragging this out for over two months now. This is absolutely unacceptable. For ₹50,000, you are making customers run after you like this? This is not just poor service—it feels like deliberate harassment. If you don’t have the systems or integrity to handle basic customer commitments, you should not be in this business. I strongly advise others: do NOT trust their promises blindly, and think twice before making any payment to them.

Fabulous Project. I must say that it has proven to be an exceedingly wise decision on my part. The amenities provided by this establishment are truly unparalleled in their excellence. I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Kumar, Sales Team for his invaluable guidance throughout the entire process, as well as for his prompt and thorough responses to all of my inquiries. The builders at ASBL possess a profound understanding of their customers' needs and desires, which is truly commendable. I am absolutely thrilled to be a part of the esteemed ASBL family. There are several notable highlights of this project that I would like to mention: firstly, its highly convenient location in close proximity to the ORR; secondly, the east-facing flats that offer a splendid view of the ORR; thirdly, the enticing option of a no pre-emi; and lastly, its close proximity to the financial district, where numerous major companies, Hospitals & Schools are situated.

Asbl Ajitesh CEO doesn't stand on his words. I am an owner of flat in his Asbl spectra projected. This builder and his entire team are only behind money. Once you pay, there is no cooperation from their end. You have to call, follow up many times, e mail response is automated and poor. The handover is only on Paper but project work is still not completed in Spectra. They purposefully delay the interior works and have hidden charges and also set sudden new rules post registration completion so we sit and struggle. Zero occupany done till now in Spectra which is handedover on paper in December ending. It's already 3months over. No one is allowed to move in, As no OC and no water or and electricity. Do not invest in their projects, once money In, they will make you run behind them for your own rights and will keep you hanging. And give you and your family gift of years of Stress . The family day celebrated is also a show business, it is to mask their big drawbacks. In simple words, Asbl people are cheaters and manipulators. WARNING - DO NOT BUY.
