Really impressed with how thoughtfully Aurum by Sree Varaaha is being planned, the scale and design truly stand out. The location in Nanakramguda/Financial District itself is a huge plus, with great connectivity and surroundings. What I liked most is the focus on spacious luxury living and the overall premium feel of the project, especially the high-rise towers and sky residences. Overall, it feels like a project that’s aiming to set a new benchmark for upscale living in this area.
I tried to buy their Alpine Vistas project back then in Rameswaram Banda but wasn't impressed with their sales team and decided against it. That project seems completed now, you can have a visit to check their construction quality, etc. I was surprised to see part of that community was low lying compared to other and builder didn't decide to make them all at same level. Talking about this project, location wise it's both good and bad. Good - proximity to exit 3. Bad - Aurum villas shares boundary with laboratory and could see lot of smoke in the evening when I visited in the evening a year ago. So, I will suggest visiting in the evenings once to make an informed decision. Have you checked if their phase 1 - Aurum Villas started construction? It was on OTP long time back
DECENT? THAT IS THE BEST DENSITY: LUXURY RATIO THAT ONE CAN BUY HERE. Well if you can go with auarum(It was supposed to be named tarang but they changed it last minute) then go for it, there is barely anything better. Builder is new to hyderabad, they are in collaboration with namishree for a Swar Tattvam in secunderabad and they have projects in bangalore, surat and even in USA. They have spent so much in wind patterns understanding too, the apartment will be very well ventilated. The floor plans are great, layout is good and its at amazing location. Did you talk to their sales/marketing team or how did you come across it?

Hello! I just got informed of an EOI opportunity with Auro Anantha. All corner units with private lobby. Any others that may have received this and have views - for or against. I am looking at mid to long term investment opportunity and this seems great 3500 plus sft 4 bedrooms. Great pricing. Cable bridge views. He told me that just because I don’t know the area very well - or so he thinks :-) - I worked in the area for a while so fully aware.
Yeah talked to their sales team and they are quoting 9200 for CLP. Apparently they are targeting 10,500+ for launch next month. Agree, everything looks good but seems like they don’t have past experience with such high rise (54 floors) and it seems there was some dispute on the land (not sure) but the project changed hands few times and not sure why. Also they are saying they don’t have any east facing in tower D which is their 3600 sft plan (rest all towers are 4k++)

I initially considered this project, the specs were really good with an attractive price point. I was told they’d get RERA in July 2025, when I spoke to them in Feb 2025. Looks like they actually got the RERA approval in Dec 2025. Considering they are a new builder, literally their first project, with no experience of building high rises, along with very less availability for 3600sft flats, I dropped out. They quoted me 9299 base price in Feb 2025 FYI.
Hey everyone, I’m considering buying a flat in Auro Regent Phase 2, but after reading some existing owners’ reviews and Google comments, I’m a bit worried about quality issues. Nearby I was looking at similar kind of project Candeur Lakescape, which seems to have build quality issues based on the reviews. Has anyone had experiences with either of these projects , or any insights which might be the better choice for long term?
Seems like a good project in terms of all specs and decent density. Good access to ORR through service road. Wondering if anyone has booked and amwhat they think? especially since thseems to be a relatively new builder. Am interested in buying but want to understand pros and cons.
