I’m currently scouting for a flat in the West Hyderabad area (Tellapur/Kollur) and looking specifically at the One-Time Payment (OTP) route. I’ve shortlisted two projects: Rajapushpa Sierra: Quoted base price is ₹6,400/- Anvita High 9: Quoted base price is ₹5,800/- Given the current market and the risk involved with OTP, I’m trying to decide if the ₹600/sqft premium for Rajapushpa is worth it for the brand name and construction quality, or if Anvita High 9 is a better value play. For those living in the area or familiar with these builders: How is the construction progress on both sites? Does Anvita have a solid track record compared to Rajapushpa? Are there any other projects in the ₹5.5k–₹6.5k range (OTP) I should check out? Thanks in advance!

Hi guys, I am going to get married in Feb 2027 and I have just started looking for venues. I have a hard budget of 20 lakhs for one day (only the wedding) for 400 PAX.. I have been looking at a few venues: Aina, Ayurvan, Environ/Resorts - Golconda, Aalankrita, Tavaro. Can anyone please suggest1. If the budget is fine?2. Some venues that fit the budget (since we excl the catering, decor, photography and a buffer of 3-4lakh so around 4-5 lakh for the venue)3. Good decorators Adding some inspo pics from pinterest (ofcourse doesn’t have to be exactly the same but the color and the quality should match) Edit: Venue - I can go up to 6 lakhs maximum for 24 hours, my preference is that I want to get married outdoors but open to good spaces indoor also.
Hi all, I am planning to buy a property in Hyderabad (2.5 bhk) in a gated community for self use or rental, not fixed. I work in Hi-Tech city and have explored places like tellapur, osman nagar, kollur and miyapur. The prices are too high and possession very far. Came across this project by Aparna called Aparna Synergy in Gandi Maisamma. Regarding other option, Getting OTP option for 2 bhk in Anvita high 9 but not sure if this is the riskiest move or can be trusted with tomelines and amenities. As Synergy is from a reputed builder and not that expensive like above mentioned places, thinking to take the deal rather than spending too much on this side. Please share your views, opinions, pros, cons. Thanks.
Nowadays construction fields are updating and we are using one of the mivan buildings in Hyderabad and this is my project photos
