Nice location . 2 min from ORR and nicely located . Good house keeping staff and property is maintained well . Construction is very good with comparables near by and layout is good for each villa . There is construction going on around which is temporary as this is case most of kokapet at this time.

Villas are well constructed with good landscape. 24 hours security and water supply. Very near to ORR.
The houses , layout, construction quality are great. But the people living in the community can be quite regressive. And there's a tonne of construction all around which wont get done for the next 4 years at least. So noise, fust and no privacy from the construction workers.

Great location
Construction quality is very good. Children share amazing books with others through the library. People are very warm and welcoming. It is a small community- 37 villas. Good security It is in the midst of construction spaces, therefore a lot of noise, dust and pollution. Many people find it difficult to get good household help, cooking help or car cleaners at reasonable rates. Community management can get better.
