A promising property in a peaceful location with beautiful views. The project is nearing completion. Situated very near to ORR, FD, Neopolis, Kokapet and Alkapur Township Manikonda.
They are just trying to scam people. I was looking for a 3BHK apartment, and when I enquired about the pricing, their sales team mentioned that the cost of a 1995 SFT 3BHK apartment is 1.4 Cr (box price - excluding GST, registration, corpus, and maintenance). This information was shared with me over WhatsApp. However, when I visited the project site and spoke to their sales head, hoping for a slight negotiation on the quoted price. He suddenly claimed that 1.5 Cr is the best price he can offer after all possible discounts. On top of that, if I choose an east-facing apartment, it would cost an additional 2 lakhs. Their concept of a “box price” feels like a scam, and they try to brush it off as a “human error” when questioned. I didn’t appreciate the way the sales head handled the situation. Please be cautious when dealing with their sales team.

Just ordered some biscuits (Osmania and fruit) from a famous bakery in Hyderabad and just started reading the box and that’s when I saw the ingredients - it mentioned Palm Oil. The famous bakeries can atleast care about the health of their customers and use better oils tbh. They already charge a premium price when you compare them to the 10-20 rupees biscuits, I don’t think people would mind paying extra 20-30 rupees for a healthier product. I don’t know what to eat anymore, everything has plam oil and a person should not just be expected to eat all homemade food all 3-4 times in a day. If anyone reading this and has any say in these bakeries and their operations, please let us have goods that are not so bad for our health. Sugary foods are enough for hampering our health, stop adding liquid poisoning in terms of palm oil. Any restaurant owner please lets just have a good relationship with food. Rant over. Will reduce intake of my favourite biscuits, but god will I miss them!

The normal eggs are cheap but I don't like their taste and it seems to make me a little short tempered..? But these taste good but I'm wondering if it could be the placebo effect. Also, i feel like these would be a little healthier and nutrititious. I feel better when i consume these. I feel like there aren't any regulations for the food quality. Any kind of milk, dairy and poultry will come into the market as long as it's 'consumable' and sellable. The government probably dosent impose restrictions thinking that it could increase the prices and effect both consumer and traders. What do you all think of these eggs?
Construction is okay, but location beside moose river and other side burial ground. Kindly check before taking any.
I would like to know which areas or colonies rely on water containers or have a scheduled water supply, as I have heard there are issues in Nallagandla or Nanakramguda, Kokapet, and Manikonda. Given the extensive construction activity in and around Tellapur, I am concerned about the impact on the water supply, as lately I have been seeing many tankers on my daily commute to work. I would like to understand the current water supply situation. I am uncertain regarding Kondapur. I learnt several years ago that Pragati Nagar suffers from a water shortage. Investing money, whether for purchase or rent, only to discover that water problems exist will eventually result in no useful outcome. Please share any issues you've experienced with the tap water supply in your area, and could you specify the localities or suburbs affected. When did it begin, or has it been like this all along? please. Thank you.
