Worst developer experience ever. I strongly advise everyone — do NOT invest in this project. The sales team is extremely rude, unprofessional, and completely unresponsive once the payment is made. They make big promises during the sales process but fail to deliver on almost everything afterward. There is zero accountability. On top of that, the quality of materials being used is very disappointing — clearly cheap and not what you would expect after paying such a significant amount. It feels like a complete mismatch between what was promised and what is being delivered. Honestly, even many new or smaller builders are doing a far better job in terms of customer service, transparency, and quality. It’s shocking that a so-called reputed builder operates at this level. This has turned out to be a frustrating and regretful investment. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Candeur has filed preliminary approvals for a 17-towers, high-rise residential proposal at Kukatpally, through a JDA with GOCL Corp/Squarespace Builders. 26.6 acres 3721 flats 17 towers G+20-26 Floors 140flats / acre Source - rezy Few people been asking me, if it is safe to enter into OTP deals. Buyers be cautious about OTP deals. Never enter into it. GOCL land permissions are super delay. ICRA rating about this builder recently B+(Stable) ISSUER NOT COOPERATING". It is serious flag about uncertainty around it's credit risk.

Worst builder ever, do not buy any flats in any of Candeur project if you want to save your hard earned money, the do construction with very poor quality within a year you will see structure issues and they will not give any facilities as promised in documents, ver bad management we are struggling for basic things like water electricity generator stp wtp everything has issues. We live in Candeur Signature Bengaluru. We were sold flats by saying it’s premium quality. Here is the truth one can make hole in wall without any hammer, it’s nit even strong to hold a Gyser also. Very bad quality also all the amenities and common open are is in bad condition filled with second hand user items and builder is not ready to finish essential works like building painting and STP issues there are lot of other issues also.
After seeing Candeur Skyline's AD posters on social media, I Visited Candeur Skyline with one of my friends. I've noticed some negative reviews, and while I understand the emotions behind them, I'd like to clarify that the project being reviewed is based in Bangalore, whereas Candeur Skyline is located in Hyderabad. I personally visited the site and found the staff at Candeur Skyline to be exceptionally supportive. They addressed all my queries related to the project with great clarity and assistance. Impressed by the overall planning and construction. Go in person and visit their site once, and then take a decision.
The location is a big plus! Close to major IT hubs and well-connected, yet the project offers a serene and premium lifestyle. The attention to detail in design and architecture is impressive.
I was living abroad. Recently, I shifted to Hyderabad. My search for my dream home ended when I recently went through Candeur Skyline’s website. Though I got negative reviews, I wanted to visit their site personally. The staff goes above and beyond to be of service. The apartment is super stylish, and the complex has fantastic facilities. Convenient and lavish too! The location is a total win! It's like a central hub connecting effortlessly with IT parks, malls, schools, hospitals etc. Can't wait to move into my future apartment here!
Visited the project recently and was amazed by the scale and planning. The sky villas, spacious layouts, and premium clubhouse make it stand out. Definitely one of the most promising luxury projects in the Financial District.
