I’ve been thinking about buying a property in Hyderabad due to my undying love for the city even though I lived there only for a few years. The last time I’ve been to Hyderabad or India was almost 10 years ago and I’ve been recently just looking online and saw these amazing apartments - “‘My home Bhooja” Now I know that a lot of things changed in India and I know 2 samosa aur chai is no longer 10 rupees and also know that Hyderabad has gone through a major makeover and is still killing it in the IT game but damn, 4+ crore apartments plus registration? Did everyone secretly got super rich? How is it all those units are that expensive and still selling out? In fact I thought this property must be an outlier but there are like thousands of units all over Hyderabad that are premium priced.

I have been evaluating options for end use and these are my criteria. Based on these, can you suggest some alternatives? Good construction quality Good connectivity to the tech companies Good schools nearby Handover in 2-3years Budget under 5cr I personally shortlisted Raghava CINQ and myhome apas Raghava Cinq: The units I am interested in are landowner (phoenix) units and they are not for sale currently. Also no data points on construction quality since they have no finished projects. Another concern is the access road seems to be high traffic road and will only get worse. Getting out of the building will be a hassle 2.Myhome Apas: frankly it checks all the boxes. 3. Myhome Grava and nishada are out of budget. 4. Rajapushpa infina: didn't find it as good. Higher density Are there any other projects I can consider? Anything from a builder which is not charging a premium for the name but has good construction quality. Any project with lesser density than these? Any villa projects which aren't too far and difficult to commute from and have good schools around

We are looking for 4BHK (greater than 3500 sqft) under 5Cr, preferably in or around Gachibowli/Financial district. There are so many builders & their projects. Which are the most reliable builders, which offer high build quality & transparent & regular communicatiom. Jayabheri, DSR, Lansum? Any other builder or project worth considering? Raghava? CyberCity? MyScape? Update- checked SkyMarq: bad location; concrete jungle R-One: not confident on the builder/project because of the ongoing fued; Lansum Elena: good project but location near sewage treatment plant; Cinq: no project yet completed by Raghava, per flat landshare-very low. Lansum Encanto- good project but unresonably priced; Trilight- amazing project but no open space. MyHome guys are not responding. Was interested to check Apas. DSR Classe and Valar are not showing up on their official page. skyMarq sales team is also not routing us to these projects. Dont know what’s the story behind these 2 projects. No project under Jayabheri unbrella in our budget :( Still unable to find the right flat worth spending 5Cr!
I saw some posts here earlier regarding OTP payment, half OTP payment. I am a buyer looking for the best possible price. Here is my requirements, if any builder or broker agent, ur welcome to DM me. Here are what i am looking for: flat size minimum- 6000sft (super area) premium/prestigious project - this is for my personal use, not investment purposes lifestyle amenities like swimming pool, gym, pickleball, badminton areas - madhapur, Jubilee hills, gachibowli, financial district, kokapet not like super crowded - 1000++ apartments etc, something 200-300 people is preferable, but not a deal breaker 4BHK+ Delivery date 2029/2030 is fine, just need the best possible pricing
As the title says, we’ve been hunting for a new home in Hyderabad for almost an year now been and a 2bhk in pacifica hillcrest is suiting our budget and our area preference well, have seen mixed reviews about the place online and couldn’t really connect with people there offline. I honestly like the area more very easy for my office commute once it gets handed over, however holding back due the mixed reviews given online If anyone knows anything about the build quality, maintenance etc do let me know.
Recently visited eipl tamarind and was so impressed by the quality and general idea with which the society was built. We were interested in 2.5 or 3bhks but as expected everything is sold out except g units and bigger 2000 sqft flats. I am already tired searching and will probably take a break and restart after a few months. Meanwhile i wanted to understand are there good builders that provide real VFM in today's hyd market. We also visited AVL samskruti and i was honestly shocked with the price to quality this society is offering. This is a similar case with other projects nearby. Bottom line, would really appreciate if folks have figured good vfm builders that are delivering projects by year end where people can invest. Update: Requirements 2.5 or 3bhk Budget: 1.3 cr inclusive
My parents are looking to settle in Hyderabad post retirement. Reason - to relocate to native state and have close relatives nearby. Problem - Unfamiliarity. They are looking for preferably a villa in a gated community, which I guess is hard to find in some areas, or if the area is more important, even a 3BHK flat will do. Please suggest areas that would be comfortable for senior folk. Edit to add budget: ~1Cr to buy / ~30k to rent
My daughter will start school next year. All her friends are eligible this year due to their birthday months and now a days all talks are about IB and Cambridge board. How Gaudium is this, Sancta Maria is that, blah blah blah! All schools are International, only God knows what's inside. I just want to know how do these boards help? Would love to hear from a student and parents. Is the learning worth the money these schools demand?
My wife prefers to move to a society that has bigger open space, central court for the kids to play. I’m looking for 3BHK 2500sqft in such societies with good community near FD, Kokapet, Narsingi locations. I narrowed down on Rajapushpa Provincia, Aparna Zenon. Any other options you’d recommend? Is Rajapushpa Provincia a good option along these lines? Not looking for anything less than 15 acres size.
Hi everyone I am living Hyderabad from 1 year and since rent prices in Hyderabad went up by a lot. I wish to purchase a , my budget is 65 lakhs including amenities. My office is in Hitech City. I have searched but in my budget I am currently only able to find flats in Ameenpur. Please give your suggestions for place or any builder details in this budget. Currently only looking for ready to move flats.
Hey everyone! A friend of mine is looking to purchase a 2BHK flat in Westbrook cybercity in Kokapet. The building is under construction and the current date for possession transfer is Dec 2025. He is worried about whether the transfer date will be delayed too much and whether the builder is trustable (we know there are multiple cybercity projects around the city), just wanted to check
