Hello all, I'm looking to purchase a 3 BHK flat (1700 sqft+ ) in a good gated community with a budget of ~1.5 cr in West Hyderabad (loan option) After visiting multiple properties and property shows, found the following projects: Tridasa Rise @ Nallagandla (In budget, but worried about the railway track disturbance) Namishree Vrindavan @ Kondapur (in budget and spacious, less travel time to Gachibowli and Nanakramguda) My Home Vipina / Rajapushpa Sierra @ Tellapur (Worried about stretching my budget) Godrej Regal Pavilion @ Rajendranagar ( Not in west hyderabad. But still feels like a good option - peaceful, within budget) Would love to know any other options in these areas - Kondapur, Nallagandla, Tellapur, Rajendranagar. Hope this is the right place to ask. Thanks in advance Edit: I'm okay with possession in next 4 years
Hi everyone! I’m looking for some local recommendations for the best spots to find books specifically used bookstores with a good collection of old finds, or quiet libraries and hidden nooks with a great atmosphere for sitting down to read. I read a mix of fiction and non-fiction, so I'm open to all sorts of suggestions! Where do you all usually go to buy your books (new or used), and are there any specific locations where you love to hang out and read for a few hours? Also, if you have any personal favorites or book recommendations you think I shouldn't miss, please let me know. I'd love to hear what you're currently reading! Thanks in advance for the help!
I am looking for a 3 BHK flat for end use in areas of Kollur, Inside Kollur village is fine, Velimala. However I am struggling to find one. Budget is approx 1Cr + Registration. Don't have any specific requirements for a Township. Midrise or Standalone is fine for me, that said yes, the construction quality matters. Looking for an approx size of 1800 sqft. I have explored projects like Vian Mrida, Vian Vayu, IRA, Vaishnoi Sapphire, Svadha but they are beyond the budget. I get overwhelmed by the flat layouts and the base price on paper looks appealing. Adding the floor rise, Amneties, Facing, etc charges makes me re-think of buying a flat in hyderabad. Hence, heavily confused and out of options. The standalone apartments are difficult to discover. I have came across certain ads on Facebook, Instagram which offer 6000 per sqft all inclusive but not sure if they are genuine. IMO certain builders like Vian Vayu, Mrida unnecessarily adds charges that makes up for the low base cost. I am ready to extend my budget a little if the projects are promising. I am looking for possession by 2027 or ready to extend by 2028 if the project is overwhelming and makes up my mind.
Hi everyone, I am based in Bangalore currently and plan to settle in Hyderabad in the long term. I dont see myself shifting here in the next 3-4 years but might shift post that and that’s why planning to purchase a property now. My budget is 2-3 Cr. Okay with purchasing a ready to move as well as under construction property. Need your opinion/ suggestion about the following: Should I go for apartments, villa or plot? Apartments are the easiest but they appreciate less than plots and villas do. Though apartments could potentially offer a rental yield if I decide to shift much later than the anticipated timeline What area should I go for? I have visited properties in Tellapur, Nallagandla, Gowlidoddy, Rajendra Nagar till now. What pther areas should I be checkinf before I decide?
Hey everyone! I’m planning a solo trip to Kashi (Varanasi) and would love some guidance from people who’ve been there recently. This will be my first time, and I want to make the most of it. I’m hoping to reach Kashi by 28th December since it’s my birthday and I want to spend the day there. If anyone has suggestions on: Places to stay (safe + budget friendly) Best ghats/temples to visit Must-do experiences Local food I shouldn’t miss Any tips for solo travelers …I’d really appreciate it! Also, if anyone happens to be traveling around that time or wants to join, I’m totally open to linking up. Always nice to have company on the road. Thanks in advance!
Hello, I am looking for an 3BHK apartment either in a gated community or standalone building (Preferably). Location - Any good residential region under the West, East or even towards Kompally, but not preferably near or beyond ORR. Will be going for a loan option and fine with under construction or launch stage. Let me know if anyone has any such leads. Thanks
