We have a piece of land that's around 200 Sqyd. big. My parents are planning to build residential property for renting purposes but I believe it is a bad idea in that particular locality. I keep pitching for some non-residential uses for this land like maybe a small factory floor, or storage for someone like big basket, or a greenhouse for organic farming, etc. However, I just don't know how to search for someone interested in or looking out for land for this purpose. Please give me some pointers on how I can find potential parties for this land. EDIT: The plot is in a residential area. Not on a main road, it's a corner plot (has road on two sides) if that's relevant.
i have been reading about all the doom hyderbad posts, been in the traffic, and would still like to move. I know it’s not the city I was in love with, but this is the best option to be near aging family, earn decent and raise my kids. the reason for gated, ofcourse kids, I don’t have the time or patience to make new friends, I’d atleast want it safe for kids to play around, without any traffic passing through and all. that said, I’d love to be around nature, so if anyone can suggest communities around ORR, as I may have to travel out of city frequently, anything on the ‘west’ Hyderabad works. Please suggest!
