BEWARE OF COCKROACH INFESTATION!!! I would give 0 if I can. Some apartments in this community have extreme cockroach infestation. I was devastated by the sight of so many live roaches on my first day trying to move in into "Apt 410 in E block". I refused to get my stuff inside the apartment and literally ran away. The greedy owner did not utter a single word about cockroaches in our discussions leading to the rental agreement commitment nor did he have the ethics to get his apartment fixed before trying to rent it out. He did not return my rent and maintenance which cost 53k. At the least I want to make sure other people understand what they are signing up for. There are probably a lot of good amenities in the community but you should consider moving in only if you can co live with roaches comfortably.

Pretty new and nice gated community just opposite MGIT/CBIT with a premium and sturdy build, premium locality and connectivity, specious flats, cctv surveillance, nice views, great amenities, maintained by JLL, massive parking, in-house supermarket, salon, visitor parking, guest rooms, bedminton court, half basketball court, cricket net and much much more.
Positives: 1: Within Kokapet, perhaps best flat by amenities ratio.i.e the amenities provided for the 680 flats are abundant. 2: Location: easy access to Restaurants, Kokapet One Mall, as it's on 150ft road and walkable to Osman Sagar 3: Close to Financial district & Narsingi ORR 4: The construction quality looks rigid Probable Concerns: 1: For the ones buying towards the back vision of F block, thinking about a view of blank jungle area, they might end up seeing a new project of My home from their balcony view. 2: Since it's new & once people start living there, one would know more of issues nd ways to solve.

It's a highly underrated project loaded with great potential for growth while being to very near to Neopolis and ORR connectivity. It loaded with superb amenities,. Their air-conditioned coworking space in the clubhouse is really cool and their landscapes are well done.
An excellent and new accommodation in hyderabad. My nephew bought a flat here. We attended the house warming. Very spacious flat with good infrastructure, fabulous and well maintained garden. Has a lot of parking for residents. Has a lovely club house with a creche for children, swimming pool , gym, games like snooker, air hockey, carrom, Foosball too. If it meets your budget you can buy a flat or rent one. Dr. Narayan Pratap bangalore.

Prime Locality and bang opp to MGIT, Very close to Kokapet One Mall, Ocean Park, Kokapet Village and walkable distance the Most Sought after area of Neopolis the new SEZ of Hyderabad. Close to Major Schools like, Phoenix Greens, Rockwell, Global Edge and GandiPet lake. Best Project i have seen with easy connectivity to the new Narsinghi Exit and also the financial District Exit...
I'm excited, thrilled with the excellent, freshly explored piece of vergin landscape, particularly pollution free ample natural location with all required sophisticated modern features of present needs in this FRONTLINE SEVEN gated community.. I rate it 10 out 10 percent happy.
Love this property with the best flat by amenities ratio. The location looks promising as it's on 150ft road and walkable to Osman Sagar, close to the financial district with new approach road and Narsingi through other route with 200ft road. The construction quality looks good and the builders/teams are responsive

All amenities, location, construction all are good… but safety in 0…. I don’t know how people live there without electric fence? Anyone can jump inside… Safety is like standalone building….. didn’t like it
