In a walkable distance we can see 30+ Stores like Super markets, Vegetables stores, Medical halls and Reliance Fresh is super close to the community. Surrounded by few banks like HDFC and ICICI. Also very close to public parks / play areas like Netaji Park, MG park. Well connected to door step deliveries like Milkbasket, Swiggy instamart, Blinkit, Dmart ready, Flipkart and Amazon. Near by we can see some small restaurants/hotels like Domino's, Lucky Chat and Varalaxmi Tiffins take away. Community celebrates almost every festival irrespective of caste and creed. Well placed and well equipped with amenities. Proper maintenance with low monthly charges
Gangothri is a very bad place! Quality of construction is too poor. For tenants, this is one of the worst places. Owners discriminate against tenants here. Owners groupism ensure all other owner's egos are satisfied. Tenants are treated very poorly. In some cases, Owners even brought in contract rowdies to threaten Tenants. Poor class living in thus remote Alkapur area!!

Good residential area, nearby to all places, within reach for middle-class
Good building quality and wonderful plan. But, remote location and access roads are undeveloped.
Good gated community with great eminities and proper maintenance. Events and celebrations happen for most occasions. Helpful community.

I am considering Aparna Sarovar Zenith gated community, Nallagandla to purchase an apartment to stay. Can you guys please let me know what is the going rate for apartments there, with lakeview? List prices seem to be almost at par or above ones in Financial District/Gachibowli/Narsingi generally speaking! I am not familiar with Nallagandla area. Any reviews about the locality would be great! I am looking for 4 bhk (2660 sft) or 3 BHK plus study (2485 sft). Thanks a bunch!
