Project is significantly delayed. After an year and half of launch, excavation is still going on and no concrete civil works on the ground yet. A pretty bad start. It will take another four years to complete, as the tower is tall. This first stage delay clearly shows their incapability and lack of discipline in managing project timelines given this is their first launch here. Pretty disappointed seeing such huge delays never seen from a tier 1 developer. At the time of booking, they verbally mentioned handover will be by Dec 2028. However after these delays now they mention handover will be Dec 2029, which is almost 5 years. For a small project like this, 5 years is not making sense.
Godrej Madison Avenue is a premium project currently under construction The location is excellent with great connectivity, and the project design looks modern and promising. Godrej as a brand is well-trusted for quality and timely delivery, which gives strong confidence in this development. Excited to see the final outcome surely going to be one of the landmark addresses in the area!
Prime Location in Hyderabad
Location surrounded by crematorium and burial grounds. Especially crematorium is just adjacent to the property. When enquired with Sales team, they say it is inactive which is not correct.
Extremely disappointed with Godrej. Paying 3 crore + for graveyard & crematorium views and having no open space. How could Godrej choose such a location ? Wastage of money. A big NO.
It’s beautiful project with excellent location. Elevation of building is awesome with spacious floor plans.
Never buy from godrej I’m still suffering after buying their flat in Keshav nagar , Pune lots of issues like leakage , no proper maintenance and management . Better to go for other builders like Aparna, Rajapushpa , Myhome etc.
2300sft and price starts from 3cr+++, I think they are constructing just to showcase they existance. Why should we buy????????? 1. We are getting longlord flats for 1.7cr just beside gated communities of same size. 2. This is just 3acre project with no openspace. 3. Most important this is not yet started still why 3cr? 4. Burial ground near by 5. Flats are not well planned and it seems very normal like other projects People are just fools who are buying this property.
Useless brand name, delaying possession by 2-3 years. Feels like I made a mistake by buying a property here. Useless folks, I have emailed them my issues as per the below mentioned comment from godrej properties itself and still no reply. Do not buy house in Godrej.
Godrej properties limited is selling lies. I was marketed that I'll receive possession by September 2023 for a flat purchased in 2022. This project Godrej Park greens in Mamurdi was launched in 2018. While I am writing this in March 2025, the team has absolutely no clue on the possession with huge amount of works left for multiple towers. I have never posted a one star review in my life, but guys please check history before any purchase and don't get fooled by the brand name.
Don't trust Godrej properties. Don't ge impressed by their hospitality and presentation at launch. Don't risk your hard earned money. My personal experience is worse and it's nightmare.Now we stopped dreaming that they are going to deliver our home any soon even after already late by 2 years booked in March 2019 and possession date was March 2023.
