I have come across various cases of serious (even fatal) negligence cases at rainbow hospital. A close friend of mine passed away due to an infection caught during her c section in the OT. It was identified too late and by that time her organs had already started shutting. The infection had passed on to the baby so the baby didn’t survive either. It was extremely traumatic for all of us, especially the husband whose entire family was uprooted in 6 hours. In another case, a friend’s baby had the umbilical cord wrapped around her neck and was choking every time she attempted to come out of the womb. The doctors on duty saw the baby’s heart beat dropping every time she was being pushed out yet did nothing about it. Only when the case-specific doctor came in hours later, this was found out & an emergency c section was performed with just sometime left before tragedy would have struck. These are just a few incidents, there are more.My intention is to spread awareness amongst our fellow Hyderabad residents so you can take informed decisions on your maternity medical needs.

Dear FOLKS/Home buyers. I have a BIG, BIG, BIG NO to any OTP (One-Time Payment) deals in GOCL land in Kukatpally nearer to IDL Lake. Back in 2023, I tried desperately to convince a few of my residences against jumping in to this DEAL. They went ahead anyway and shelled out ₹70-80 lakhs each(total 10mem- Approx 8cr) . But fast-forward 2 years to today: Zero progress. Heard, Only half of the land had been registered in the builders' names. It looks like they just used those OTP funds to cover early costs like land acquisition, permissions, and layout plans. The prime location and "OTP" pricing? It's the ultimate trap, preying on middle-class first-time homebuyers chasing that dream. Don't let FOMO cloud your judgment. I am a finance professional, 31 years of age, and currently own a 2 BHK (1245 sft saleable area; ~1000 sft carpet area) flat at My Home Jewel, Madeenaguda. The flat is occupied by three of us in the family – my mother, wife and myself. This was a resale property we bought in mid-2023 at a good bargain, and we are generally happy with the purchase. While the size of the apartment more than adequately suffices our requirements today and is expected to for the near foreseeable future, we anticipate we would start to run out of space once we plan a family and have kids grow up in the next 4-5 years or so. I am anticipating this being the right time to start to think about and scout for our next house – ideally a larger 3BHK in a more modern society, in a ~10-15km vicinity of the Hitec City area. This would ideally be an under-construction property in an upcoming gated community by a reputed builder with limited execution risk. While we would be flexible with delivery timelines given no immediate need for a new house (would plan to sell this existing property concurrent with delivery of this new flat), I would like to ensure that the construction quality and amenities are top-notch. We are senior couple relocating to Hyderabad. After living in Delhi for 6 decades we are coming back to native place.
