Hi all, Saw some news that Prestige Group has filed approvals for a big project called “Prestige Golden Grove” in Velimela (near Kollur/Tellapur). Supposed to be 10 towers, around 5,000+ flats on ~29 acres. I’m trying to figure out: • When are they actually planning to launch it? (Heard Dec 2025, but not sure) • Any idea about expected launch price per sqft? • Possession timeline / completion date? • Has anyone visited the site or spoken to their sales team recently? • Overall, worth waiting for or any red flags? Just doing my homework before shortlisting something in the west side. If anyone has any updates or experience with Prestige projects in Hyderabad, would really help! Thanks! 

Hi everyone, I'm considering buying an owner's share flat in S&S Green Grace, Khajaguda, and would appreciate any feedback. Flat is Brand new, never occupied Project constructed around 2015–16 Unfurnished East-facing Are there any known issues with the project (construction quality, maintenance, legal, water, etc.) or any red flags since the building is ~10 years old even though the flat is unused? Any insights from residents, owners, or people familiar with the project would be really helpful. Thanks!

I used live in Hyderabad decade back it was my favourite city then, relocated back to hyd few days back and I hating it Gachibowli is concrete jungle and kondapur miyapur are traffic mess. Cost of living has skyrocketed rents would shame even Bangalore. There's not a single park garden that is inside residential area. People who are looking for peace of mind Please don't come to Hyderabad, opt for Pune hell even noida is better minus pollution.

Does anyone know of villa communities in West Hyderabad that offer large plot sizes—ideally 400+ sq. yards? I’m looking for a house with a proper backyard or garden space within the boundary walls so the kids can play privately at home, rather than just in the common park. Any leads on builders who design with large private green spaces?
