Horrible construction AVOID GREENSPACE Three years later, and we are still living through a never-ending construction nightmare. The site runs day and night with constant, deafening metalwork—yet there is no completion in sight. It feels like they are using primitive technology while every other building in the neighborhood has already been handed over. Incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. 19/05/26 Kachra company - name ka greenspace.. they keep on dumping construction debris in this triangular plot harming the local flora and degrading the land and water quality. Construction is super slow on top of highly irresponsible in terms of environment management. This garbage dumpyard is going to affect the apartment residents itself in future and I hope it does to the owners also for their carelessness 郎郎

Location is good but check the road connectivity for the project 750 families are staying there and small road in no hope for road expansion future and it's small colony road
I was wondering why they were quoting very less price (6500 per sqft) in kokapet when all others are having ₹8000+. Later when I went up to see one of the flat, I saw a graveyard right beside the project. Better buy somewhere else even if it costs a little bit more than suffering with ghost dreams
I had a long-standing desire to invest in a high-rise luxury apartment, but budget constraints had always been a hindrance. Thanks to Greenspace Celestial, my financial concerns were successfully addressed, and I have now secured a truly opulent flat with this exceptional group.
Its worst company they are not finishing the project. Please be carefull if you want to buy. Check about their greenspace marvel project they are collecting money from 2016 or 2017 still there is no update on the actual construction.
Just beside the graveyard, 20ft distance between two towers which is very less, they are just selling in the hype.
We’ve been waiting over a year for our apartment flat to be completed, and the delays have been incredibly frustrating. Communication from the management has been lacking, and stop taking our calls too.. it feels like progress has stalled completely. I hope they can resolve these issues soon, but my experience so far has been disappointing.
