We're extremely disappointed with our experience. Along with 10 other friends, we invested in this project, but the quality is subpar, and there's been a significant delay. The CRM team is unresponsive and unhelpful, often resorting to threats when we raise concerns. We're now facing additional expenses due to their negligence. We're eager to exit this project and explore alternative options. It seems the developers prioritize profits over quality and timely handovers. They're also restrictive about property inspections, and many units are plagued by dampness and seepage issues.
One of best project from reputable builder in Narsingi. The main difference is beautiful garden and walkways on the terrace which is unique and has been awarded for it.
Recently visited Hallmark Skyrena, location is convenient for employees work around Gachibowli, Nanakramguda, Narsingi areas. Parking in basement area is bit confusing. If you want to go to C, D blocks you need to cross A, B and reach C and D. Need proper exit sign boards as well. Block wise parking would have been a better option. Most of the flats looks getting ready for occupation.
Peaceful community with beautiful rooftop Garden. Club house is a gem in this society. I am one of the proud ower of an apartment in this community.
Worst ever society to live. We moved in as a tenant in Sep 2025 and almost 2 months now that we did not get the Video Door Bell installed. The balcony doors are not even getting locked. They don't even have a carpenter available in the society. Poor quality of constructions. In 2 months only I had to call plumber almost 5-6 times, electrician also multiple times due to build or construction or initial setup related issues. Their CRM services are pathetic. Even after raising the helpdesk tickets, you need to still visit their office or call them. I still have a few tickets open for more than a month now. Their electricity consumption app is not working from almost 1.5 months and they have no clue but saying server issue. I even doubt if that app is showing the correct consumption or the inflated one. Even for serious complaints regarding gas pipeline and all, they are not even considering those on priority. They don't even acknowledge or revert to your enquiries on these tickets. Their club house/amenities are far from readiness. They don't have a designated parking slot decided for each flat yet. Every day we are getting messages to move cars to a different slot because some maintenance or function is going on. Their security entrance approval app is not working sometimes and the frequency is just increasing. If you are planning to buy or already bought and planning to move in, please reconsider your decision 10 times before taking any call. I would suggest to come and visit and meet some of the residents (particularly tenants). Edit: Its more than 6 months and still the issues are not resolved "The balcony doors are not even getting locked".
Excellent Community to live. Club house looks amazing & spacing on corridors and walkway is more compared to any other gated communities. With the commercial spaces around, there will surely be appreciation. Good place for investment. Commute to office spaces like financial district , Gachibowli, Nanakramguda & Golden mile road is easy. Definitely mosquitos are an issue and commute to hitech City is a challenge during peak hours. There are few initial hiccups noticed, which are being sorted by Hallmark Management.
Hallmark builder is known for their best floor plans and the quality of construction that they provide. I visited this community and find it good. But I couldn’t able to own one because of some budget issues. This area is definitely going to be a hot spot in the near future. Also there is a cycle track being laid alongside ORR.
Waste of visit until you have budget of 3 Cr to check Nothing more in this society with this price. Can for other builder. Better to avoid now even after buying. Dont pay any token amount or else you will pay your instincts. Suggest don't pay.. Builder or investor don't spoil or manipulate minds of genuine buyer. With the same price of overall included...you can buy 2 flats of similar or more size in same area. Please cautious.
Hello everyone , I am planning to buy a flat around hitch city ,me and my wife a both working ,recently became dad My budget is 1.3cr may push little bit These are few thing I am confused about , I will appreciate some guidance Shall I buy 2bhk or 3/2.5bhk ?, with my budget I see the area for 2 and 2.5 bhk is more like same just they added one extra study room For example the amenities in sukhii are bit more comparative to eipl , and it closes to orr and office but its 2bhk there What are other good builders around that area as i am not familiar with Hyderabad much Out of sukhii , eipl and hallmark which will be good Thank you all in advance
