cant go ramoji as kid is too small, not into temples, there is nothing in lulu mall, dont have a car for long drives, dependent on uber, no big budget to splurge, have already been to salarjung, birla, charminar/chowmahalla, lumbini park, everywhere just over crowded. lake is too smelly. it feels like there is nothing to do in hyderabad.. for Eating out, Food has become all shite full of ajino moto colors frozen stuff, hyderabad has ranked very worst, everyday food inspection violations, biryani is not the same anymore just bored, Any suggestions where to go to hang?

Worst after-sales service experience. Once the property is sold, you are completely trapped. The after-sales team treats homeowners like beggars - you have to continuously follow up, request, and chase them for even the smallest issues. The construction quality is very poor, especially for GROUND FLOOR units. There is water leakage from walls and taps, clearly indicating poor workmanship and lack of proper quality checks. The project is located right next to the Musi River, and during the rainy season the approach roads get completely blocked for nearly 4 months, making daily commuting extremely difficult. There are no nearby shops or basic amenities, so residents are forced to be completely dependent on Zepto, Zomato, Swiggy, and other delivery apps for even daily essentials. On top of all this, the surroundings are poorly maintained, leading to excessive mosquitoes, and we have also seen snakes and bats, which raises serious safety and hygiene concerns. Overall, extremely disappointed with Hallmark Builder. I strongly advise prospective buyers to think multiple times before investing, as the real problems begin after possession.

I'm also a owner of this project but the delay in the project is making us sleepless all fake promises they ll ask you to pay last rupee for handover and still because of their partners issues they are delaying this project like anything Before purchase plz speak to residents to understand better and don't be fooled like us
Purchasing a flat is not an investment, it's just for personal use and don't expect returns..its a liability. After purchase there will be delay in delivery ,lot of deviation from brouchure, structural issues...so it's not peaceful to buy flat. Want to be relaxed n less stress then invest in open land and stay in rent.. so many available. Research 100 times before purchase. Purchasing with bank loan is not all recommended in market.
A delayed low quality project next to musi open drainage!!
You'll not find network at this location. Despite it's being in most happening location, venture doesn't seem to create that impact.
Very good locality, project getting delayed.
Overpriced for present stagnant market. No resale value for flats. Lot of issues after handover. Maintenance will be pathetic by builders. Customers pay huge maintenance but builders give peanuts.. . Community politics everywhere. No peace of mind. Brouchures are only dreams. Reality is opposite..totally.
In this locality of Narsingi this si the best project, the kind of build quality or the materials that they are using is really good, from a landscape standpoint it's very spacious. The seem very promising to handover by Dec. Besides this the entire process of finalizing this project has been seemless with help of sales team . Speacial thanks to Venkat and Pramod who has advisors as well.
The towers are so closely spaced that All internal units and all the middle tower flats have poor ventilation. This is the compromise for buying cheaper flats
I recently purchased a flat in hallmark Sunnyside project. Mr.Pramod & Mr.Bhaskar is very professional guiding the project. We are very happy on the pricing part. And I have seen many under construction project waiting heigher price. But Sunnyside some thing different with the good quality in good price in this location is too good.
