To start with, this Builder is MONEY MINDED and is least bothered about the residents SAFETY, you will come to know this at the end of my review. 1. As per the agreement builder has to pay a fine of 50 rs per sft on monthly basis if the project is delayed beyond the handover date. Our project was delayed by 3 months, When residents asked for it, there is no response from builder. 2. Builder has hired a CRM team which is led by Mr. VIKRAM, what an arrogant and careless this guy is. This CRM team never replies to our concerns. Whenever there is any payment that needs to be done from our side, yes you will get an email. Apart from this, they are least bothered about our concerns. 3. Do you all wanted to know how careless this guy VIKRAM is ? a. One day, few kids has complained to their parents saying that they are experiencing electric shock near the kids play area. When the same is brought to this guy’s notice. What would anyone expect this guy to do ? at the moment resolution right ? because this is very serious and can even lead to death right ? This guy took 2 days of time to get it addressed. What if there was some life loss ? b. Another incidence which shows that this Vikram is not even concerned about our lives. Yes, you read it right. To everyone’s surprise most of the flats in A block were experiencing electric shock while taking a shower. One of our owner has shot a video which shows that there is a power flow in the water coming from tap using a tester. Is not this scary ? The same day at least 10-15 people has experienced the shock. What do you expect him to do ? addressing the issue with utmost attention in no time right ? This waste fellow again took his own sweet time in addressing the issue. You people decide now whether you want to put your lives at risk ? 4. Builder has sold all the flats saying that there is enough water and bore wells. We came to know that there are no working bores, and no water connection also, which means for a gated community of this size, there is zero water which also means from the day 1, you need to buy water. 5. We, the owners had multiple meetings with the builder asking him to provide enough bores/water connection. We always used to get a lukewarm response from him. One day when all the residents decided to go for a protest, builder has identified few people who were active and initiated the protest discussion, the builder personally called and threatened them saying that they know big heads and goons etc which eventually diluted the protest. 6. We, the owners have a whatsapp group which is mainly used for the communication purpose like all our other whatsapp groups. You know what builder did ? He purposefully added few people from builder side just to know what issues related to builder are being discussed in the group. He will identify the person whoever has raised his voice over the issue and they will threaten that individual person. 5. For amenities we all paid 4.5 lakhs extra apart from the flat cost. A lot were promised in the brochure (ex: Jogging track, Coffee shop, Spa, Solar Lighting etc..). When owners asked for it, builder says that the brochure is for representation purpose only. You know what the builder is very clever and cunning. He maintains 3 versions of brochures. He started editing the original brochure and started removing few promised things from brochure based on the residents discussion in whatsapp  6. As per the agreement, maintenance which includes some “X” services was capped at 1.5 rs per sft which we need to pay for complete year to builder. All of a sudden he increased it to 2rs without any intimation, when all the residents raised their voice he again brought it down to 1.5 rs. Do you really think he listened us ? Nope, he cleverly cut some services from the “X” services promised  For more issues (coz I forgot few), you can always go to the site and check with the residents. I request all my fellow hallmark mates to add to this .

I went to buy a flat recently as few flats were released from mortgage ..in 2 acres 150+ flats ..high density..no open area. kids play area is near electrical transformers though he covered with fencing. Club house has terrace swimming pool which doesn't have kids pool. This builder doesn't has minimum sense for example : no proper entry exits for pedastrian only has sense for vehicle entry exit .. construction also has also lot of loop holes , delivery is slow he works on your money/intrest . Not having any landscape sense..there is narrow open area he try to cover with some elevation ..stay away from these builders..so called tier4 builders..they attract you on bit low price but itsityour sense to think cheap rate = cheap quality utilization Important note to Hallmark Management : .Al open areas are corners one and made unuseful land as play areas../amphitheatre/sitting/gazebo/meditation but it shouldn't be like that , put a large open area in between blocks and build the aminities not in corners or behind the blocks .. Wake up Hallmark. Work on following ..look at Eipl Skyla Their sense in Landscaping and a wide entry/exit, large security post, common area .,better amenities, quality, delivery .etc

Last Sunday, I had a 2:30 PM flight to Mumbai. The timing of the flight made it a perfect opportunity for me to visit the lounge and enjoy their lunch buffet. I reached the airport by 11:30 (started a tad early due to the news of overflowing Musi and also to give sufficient buffer time in case my boarding gate and the lounge were far away). The new lounge is located on Level E. You have to go near Gate 12, and right opposite you will find stairs going down. The lounge is located right beside the stairs after getting down. At the entry, there were 6–7 people in line ahead of me (two counters were operational), and there was a separate line for Amex cardholders, Lounge Key, etc. I had already pre-booked lounge access through the LMS Hoi website, so I decided to use the Amex line and showed them the QR code. A quick scan, and I was allowed in. At around 12:15, the lunch buffet was open, and I was lucky enough to be among the first few people in line. The food was decent: a variety of salads, soups, Chinese and Indian curries, paratha, flavored rice, plain rice, dal, curd, Indian desserts, and a vanilla cake. By the time I exited the buffet counter, there were more than 50–60 people waiting in line, and it remained the same for the next hour. The line started to thin out around 1:15, so I would say around 1 is the best time to enter the lounge for lunch. I didn’t see any scarcity of food — all the items were available. P.S. Used chatgpt to correct grammar and punctuations.
