I usually put a lot of thought into buying home decor. I feel it should convey a theme or portray our interests or speak for itself. I do not like random pieces. As Am quite a bit into culture and read a handful of books every now and then. Have been reading at a length on Africa for a while and finalized this piece that depicts Ivory coast and Liberia. Such iconic pieces from Top galleries run into tens of thousands. I bought this as I got it a fairly cheaper price. I honestly loved the piece. Lol. Wife is like stop reading books now 

Absolutely **do not** fall for Hallmark’s so-called "projects." Unless, of course, you enjoy throwing your money into a pit and getting nothing but frustration in return. Getting quality work from them? **Good luck with that fairytale.** The finishing in the flats is a joke—crude, rushed, and nowhere close to what was promised. Delays? Endless. Service? Nonexistent. I've been **chasing** my flat handover for almost **three ridiculous months** now, and guess what? Still **no ETA**. I’m practically a weekly visitor at their site and office, like it’s my new weekend hobby, and every time it's the same nonsense—zero progress, zero accountability. All they care about is the **money**. Once that’s in their pocket, you’re on your own. They do the bare minimum, cut corners everywhere, and then have the audacity to expect **you** to compromise on quality. Oh, and get this—**maintenance has already started**... for a flat that isn’t even ready to be handed over. What a joke. Save yourself the headache. There are plenty of builders out there who actually deliver on their promises. Hallmark? They just deliver **excuses**. Also their crm Nagarjuna attitude is extremely unprofessional and rude. He behave like he own the project but reality is his worth itself is penny

Very descent project and premium location you can get in Narsingi/Kokapet area. They are using very premium materials inside the apartments even better than Tier1 builders. Corridor also great with 8ft width and sealing height is more than 10ft even after tile work done. Overall a good package you are getting. Irfan from the sales team very sincere guy and explained everything about the project. Very good experience so far with Hallmark Treasor.

I would not recommend buying this house. The quality of construction is not up to the mark, and it simply isn’t worth the money. Don’t spend your hard-earned money on this property, as it does not justify the price.

cheap quality construction, below average fittings and cheap quality tiles…get ready for Water Leaks and Faulty Lifts

We recently decided to purchase a property that is currently under construction, and I am thrilled with my experience so far. The location is easy access to key amenities. The design and layout of the property are impressive, with modern features and thoughtful planning that ensure a comfortable living space once completed. From the Sales department Anish Vatsa & team has been exceptional throughout the process. They are knowledgeable, professional, and always available to answer my questions. Their transparency and dedication have made this journey smooth and stress-free. Hallmark Treasor is one of the best luxurious high-rise residential projects strategetically located in Kokapet area with pretty good connectivity to IT corridor, ORR, international schools, multi-speciality holspitals, and malls. Project has great aminities that suits to all your family needs. With lot of research and dreams to buys our future nest, we finally selected Hallmark Treasor as our best match and booked the flat. We are super happy with the kind of support that we got from staff (expecially Mohammed Irfan) who helped us in explaining every detail about project, answered all our questions patiently, and closed the deal with best price in the market. I currently stay on rent in Gandipet and have been looking at purchasing a flat in Gandipet/Kokapet since the prices have become stagnant for a while and people seem open to bargaining. I'm getting a 3bhk in Hallmark Treasor for 1.9Cr including GST and registry for the 1765 sqft flat, does anyone know if thats the going rate or should be negotiated further ? I like the flat because it has an unobstructed view of gandipet lake, super airy. Is the builder Hallmark good ? from what I see this is their first high rise.

Visited Hallmark Treasor recently and overall had a good impression. The high-rise towers and views from the upper floors really stand out, and the apartments felt spacious with good natural light and ventilation. The amenities and common areas look well planned, and the project gives off a premium vibe. The sales team was polite and explained everything clearly.

Worst builder they promise lot of things before buying saying they are providing premium flats and during handover they not even provide basic things, I brought one of their flat and lot of residents are facing STP smell, no proper maintance, seepage issue, etc.., please do read the reviews of their previously built and handovered communities before buying the flat from them

Useless and most pathetic builder, do not waste your money. Delays, no proper maintenance, useless team of management.
