Gated community with around 400+ Flats and having amenities like Swimming pool, badminton court,cafeteria , indoor playing areas for adults and children,home theater, supermarket etc. Also, an old Hanuman temple started reconstruction opposite to the halmark vicinia community. Nice environment in the community and play area for kids too.

A decent place for a family, though it's not for your regular man. High prices, high rise society.
Really good community. Not more than 400 families in the community, most of the families are well connected with each other. It looks like a very big joint family. Community is well equipped with all amenities which kids and elders need.
Hello everyone , I am planning to buy a flat around hitch city ,me and my wife a both working ,recently became dad My budget is 1.3cr may push little bit These are few thing I am confused about , I will appreciate some guidance Shall I buy 2bhk or 3/2.5bhk ?, with my budget I see the area for 2 and 2.5 bhk is more like same just they added one extra study room For example the amenities in sukhii are bit more comparative to eipl , and it closes to orr and office but its 2bhk there What are other good builders around that area as i am not familiar with Hyderabad much Out of sukhii , eipl and hallmark which will be good Thank you all in advance
one of the most promising community coming up in that area. With hallmark builders you can be sure about the quality of construction. The best part is location. Besides ORR still away from the direct contact.

Worst management of CRM
Good quality construction and spacious. Gated community with all amenities and most important it’s not too crowded with 2000+ flats etc it’s around 400 flats.
It's a project with modern amenities and features Project is in quite good location and off the ORR where there is no disturbance of ORR vehicle's noise. And it is not beside dump yard, as one side is My Home Avatar and other side is with a villa project with natural lake view.
Getting married soon, not travelling to other states as such, but do we have good resorts nearby to spend a day or two within 200kms
