Majority of Reviews over here are fake reviews. Look for local guide reviews and read them only… in fake reviews it is written that it is surrounded by greenery but instead It is surrounded by ongoing construction projects, due to which you will face significant dust, cement, and dirt. If you do not believe me, just visit the property. The approach road itself is in very poor condition, and if you travel by a two-wheeler, you will be exposed to heavy pollution directly. It is honestly quite horrible. I personally visited the society to consider taking a flat, but after seeing the surrounding environment—especially the road leading to the property—I decided that I would not want to live here. At present, the only people living here seem to be those whose offices are nearby and who want to avoid a long commute. In its current state, the area is not really habitable. Maybe three or four years from now, once the ongoing projects are completed and the roads are properly constructed, it can be considered. But as of now, it is not a viable option.

Worth it. We recently brought a flat here in phase 1, initially gone through so many negative reviews, but felt landscape is so beautiful, good area for kids Playing, accessibility to MNC in 2km range. Supermarket too opened inside. Decent price compared to A class builder. Good parking, soothing evening and morning, good view from rooms specially if it's corner flat. I am totally convinced with the project. Nearby school KLAY, keystone, good part is accessibility to mindspace with outer ring road, no need to be in traffic.

Builders will take decade to complete each phase, very bad. Meanwhile kids became youngsters, youngsters became middle age, middle age became older. This much time will take. Phase to launched 2017 handover will be Dec 2026.

Amazing location, Low density project, lot of open spaces. But hardly any landscaping. Construction seems to be okayish. Car parking area seems spacious and high Celieng. Ground lobby area looks good like a 3 star hotel. Basic model toilet fittings from jaguar. Too small units. But very big windows. Gives nice ventilation. But shocking to see how balcony is designed for a few units. The balcony faces the adjacent unit and its pipes. Very bizarre design and unexpected view for balcony. Clubhouse is not ready for existing owners who took possession. Access road to this property is also not very good. And looks unsafe after sun goes down. This may look good once the entire project is ready. But thats a very long shot. But location will play its role. With so many my scape projects next to this and Financial dist location this will gain its value if you can find the right unit. But definitely not a project to be considered for the next 2 to 5 years.

Last couple of months there has been lots of positive outcomes for the project. Hillcrest by Pacifica phase1 has received Occupancy Certificate, Families have moved-in and staying there, Gym, and 24hrs Power back-up now available. This is nice property in a great location within short distance from ISB, IT firms, Schools, and Hospitals.

I bought a flat in Phase 2 in Feb 2021. At that time sales team said the delivery will be Dec 2025. Out of some trust I went ahead without much research. Later got to know that Phase 1 was a very much delayed and felt like same might happen in Phase 2 as well. Out of no surprise in march 2022 I received a call asking to sign a new agreement of sale which states the delivery date as Dec 2027 or cancel the booking. I did a wise choice and cancelled my booking and received my amount after 130days without any interest that too with many regulars follow ups. Finally my peace of mind is back. While the project is in excellent location, delivery timeline is the one which is the worrying part for this investment. I would suggest this only for the folks who are looking a flat with competitive price and can wait for 7-8 years for full possession. Those who are looking for an on time delivery, this is not at all recommended.

No club house ready for present owners. The builder's priority is phase 2 completion instead of the clubhouse. Bath fittings are basic and non MB bathrooms fittings are from ordinary brand. The entrance door itself reminds of a hotel room than a 3 bhk flat. Large windows but weirdly the wash area is totally covered and dark for some reason. What's the point of wash area that has no sunlight? Furthermore the sales team said the number of flors in phase 2 towers has been increased!!! Won't that put more pressure on amenities and affect the looks of the society. Good things are location and ground floor. No flats or parking on the ground floor. Unless it's going really cheap avoid. Your kids may grow old before the clubhouse is ready.

One of the decent residential tower projects in Hyderabad. Heard mixed reviews for phase1. Even though builder had challenges for phase1, they completed it. Now phase2 construction is going smoothly, this site is quick to connect from financial district and it would be a peaceful location. The only challenging part is we can't communicate with management for any issues but there is CRM team to deal for any kind of issues. I would recommend this project for anyone who is looking for flat to purchase. This is my updated second review from past experience.

Don't come to live here unless you want to deal with daily problems of dust and construction noise. To top it all off, society management is garbage that doesn't even look into the concerning problems faced by the residents. When they take a look, they take ages to fix the issue. Everyday you will experience some sort of plumbing and lift related problems. The cleaning frequency is so low that the basements and the lift remain dirty for a long time. The app that they use for security is useless as it sometimes doesn't even work. Also, the entrance to the main road is so bad that only trucks could go through it safely.

I am a owner in this community and got struck in it as the builder denied to refund my booking amount in 2016. The location is good. Building plan is great. Open space is awesome but... there is no club house, no approach road. Inspite of paying more than 1 lakh for electricity and water, we do not have proper domestic electric connection and water pipeline. The community is now forced to collect 25,000 extra for a water connection. The maintainance and lifts are pathetic. Rodents are eating cars in basements and breeding in empty flats. The staff is highly irresponsible and unapproachable.

The only experience I got was that the society has the worst FM staff. Guards are decent, and respectful but few months into this society and I would never recommend staying here if you want to stay away from harassment. The project is still under construction in other phases and the current residents are not united enough to deal with everyday challenges that some residents have to face. If you’re a woman, stay alert 24*7

After sales service is pathetic, every 3-6 months , you need to talk to a new POC and explain your issues again. There is no single POC to whom things can be escalated , i am one of the first 50 customers who booked and its been almost 7 years now but still the flat isnt handed over. Also for registration i was demanded to shell 28k more than registration fee , not sure why that much amount needs to be paid extra above and beyond the vat and registration charges - i had few more properties registered during the same time and i paid only 5k extra. !!!! Poor doors and windows quality already mold and water leakages are observed even before occupancy. Landscaping is almost zero , no greenery at all !!!!!! Construction quality is poor Project is delayed by ages !!!!!
