Best apartment in the Vicinity of Financial District Gachibowli. Well maintained greenery and things with staffs. Entrance is very elegantly designed which attracts others.
Pathetic and unacceptable behavior by the security guard. We had just stopped our bike outside the property on a public road, not inside their premises. The security guard who was out started behaving very rudely, and even used abusive language without any valid reason. We weren’t blocking the gate or violating any rules. Is this how you treat guests before they even enter? Such behavior from someone representing the property is completely unacceptable. The management should take this seriously and train their staff better in handling people with basic courtesy and professionalism.

I ve leaved here for one year ,Well built gated community, with high security well infrastructured,flats are specious form the top view it is so nice pleasent atmosphere,tenants and owners everyone can raise a pet no objection for pets almost there are many pet dogs in community nice play area for kids with all sports items everyone in the community use swimming pool,with lots of plants and small bushes inside the community with very greenery, there is separate entry and exit ways.beside theres a petrol pump ,and surrounded by many corporate offices recomended.

Best apartment in the Vicinity of Financial District Gachibowli. Well maintained greenery and things with staffs. Just beside Meenakshi technova, if you're lucky enough to work in there . Those curved design at the entrance attracts the pedestrians and onlookers.
They have a decent badminton court as well in their clubhouse, just that it has a short roof height of sorts. Has a friendly ecosystem.
Lived here for almost 8 years. It's home for what it is worth. Traffic has gotten worse but still a very nice place to raise a family. If you work in any of the tech companies around here or need quick access to the airport, this is a great place and the location is perfect.
Luxurious expensive big Apartments located in Financial district beside Meenakshi Technova Building almost 20 floors.
Good gated community with all facilities. Very well maintained swimming pool.
