One of the most disappointing high-rise societies in the area. The ground floor tiles are uneven and wobble, which makes riding a bike risky—you have to be extremely careful. The maintenance of common areas is also poor. The spaces near the garbage chutes in the basement are not properly maintained and often smell bad. Security management is another concern. They rarely guide visitors on where to park their vehicles. Strangely, visitors are not allowed to honk to alert security at the gate, yet some vehicles are seen entering by honking and the gate gets opened for them. If honking is not allowed, the rule should apply to everyone. Otherwise, visitors should be clearly directed to use the visitor gate. It also feels like the society is influenced or controlled by a small group of residents, which creates inconsistent rules and an unwelcoming environment. A residential community should promote fairness and harmony for everyone, and unfortunately that doesn’t seem to be the case here.
My Point of view Here are some key highlights about this community: * The community is located on the main road and close to ORR. * There is significant noise pollution from road vehicles, including tipper lorries, making it difficult to sleep at night. This was not apparent during initial verification before renting. * The proximity to the Summit Building data center results in constant noise from fans and cooling systems, raising concerns about radiation and potential health issues for children. This is suggested as a reason for many vacant flats. * Clubhouse rules restrict liquor at birthday parties, even with permission, which is a disappointment for residents. * Guest parking is limited to 15 cars for the entire Jayabheri Summit, with overflow parking on the roadside. * The main lifts are used by everyone, including service personnel like drivers, maids, and delivery staff, causing significant waiting times as the designated "service lift" is mainly for moving items. * There are internal politics within the community that make it challenging to access common areas like the playing area. * There are no guest rooms available, requiring residents to accommodate guests in hotels. * Construction of new blocks next to Summit is causing significant dust and air pollution. The author has since vacated Jayabheri Summit and moved to Tranquil.
Horrible management and behavior. Zero responsibility by management and false promises despite waiting several months for them to fix the issues in the apartment. I feel completely scammed. I thought things would be decent here since my friend bought a lavish villa in Temple Tree. I unfortunately had a horrible and frustrating experience overall. Can’t even move in because of their lack of accountability despite extensive damage in a NEWLY built apartment. The window doesn’t even close and despite telling them for MONTHS, I’ve been met with excuses upon excuses. A NEW toilet in a NEW apartment should not be leaking. I’ve been told for MONTHS to just wait another week, another 2 weeks, some materials are coming in, etc, only for NOTHING to be done. Multiple doors had to be replaced because of intentional damage done by someone who had unauthorized access to our apartment. When asked about why there was such damage, the person in charge at the time (Vijay) had casually told us that since we had not been around to check on the apartment, people came into our flat for tours (which were not ok by us and would not have been allowed). Some of these people caused damage inside of the apartment which is absolutely unacceptable. I 100% regret buying an apartment here. Especially if you are an NRI - definitely do not throw your money down the drain at such dishonest establishments. Invest your money more wisely and do not consider Jayabheri. They are definitely not premium, as other reviewers have noted.
I wanted to share my thoughts on Jayabheri The Summit. While it's a brand new and large community, there are a few points to consider. Firstly, regarding the sizes, even though the flats are marketed as 2300 sqft, the carpet area is actually around 1800 sqft. Secondly, the rental expectations seem quite high. For a 3 BHK with an 1800 sqft carpet area, the owners are asking for ₹90,000 rent plus ₹8,000 maintenance, bringing the total to almost ₹1 lakh. They seem to have a very high One significant concern is the lack of guest parking. There are only about 15 spots available, and any additional guest vehicles would have to park outside on the road. Additionally, there seems to be a shortage of amenities. The clubhouse appears to be entangled in internal politics, and the swimming pool lacks climate control, resulting in consistently cold water. The service lift situation is also not ideal, as it is used by delivery personnel and others, rather than having a dedicated service elevator. Furthermore, there isn't a proper cricket net ground, and finding maids for household work, especially cooking, is proving difficult with current demands reaching around ₹15,000 per month for just cleaning. Considering all these factors, staying in this community could potentially cost around ₹2 lakh per month when including rent, maintenance, maid salary, power bills, and gas. Therefore, before deciding on a flat here, it would be wise to thoroughly verify all these aspects that I've mentioned.
Well constructed apartment with good Amenities
Moved to this community in may and I cannot ask a better place to live in for, all those people writing bad about the community first of all don’t live here so do not trust their reviews, love the club house and the landscaping and the quality of build, jayabheri construction is top notch, just go and look at my home avatar how poorly it’s built and maintained, I also see people wrote the price is high, then you should have bought it on day 1 when it was cheap and only 5500 don’t come now and cry and say we want the same price, everything has gone up. Please do not compare summit with the slums of madhapur and kondapur. This place is very classy and so as people. Even the security and management is so helpful and friendly.
Nice view of orr
Placed at perfect place with perfect view of financial district. 朗
I'm forced to give them "one" star and wish we had the option of giving a negative rating :(. Terribly disappointed by the quality of construction and would agree with some of the reviewers that Jayabheri is no longer the pioneer that it used to be. The brand new apartment has had a number of issues including water seepage which has been an issue for many months now. Jayabheri to our utter disappointment has failed to respond and have no idea when this issue will be fixed. We are left with a liability that has costed in excess of Rs.2Cr in the meantime. Please DO NOT spend your time and money on their ventures as they are nothing but disappointing.
Nice residential complex in a great location but the price is too high for the facilities it offers. There is no proper walking track inside which is dis-appointing.
