Hey guys, I’m looking to buy a flat in Hyderabad but I want to avoid the "mega-townships" with 3000+ units. I’m looking for a community where: Size: Less than 1000 flats (ideally around 700). Builders: Reputed ones or any good ones Preferred Areas: West Hyderabad (Kondapur, Narsingi, Tellapur, Kokapet). Any specific projects you've lived in or visited that have good maintenance and a decent "breathable" feel? Avoiding projects where the lifts or amenities are always crowded or the clubhouse is unusable! Thanks!

I’m planning a weekend drive from Hyderabad and looking for places that can be comfortably covered in a day. A few constraints: Maximum distance: ~100 km from Hyderabad I’ll be driving a sedan, so no off-roading or rough terrain Looking for scenic drives, viewpoints, lakes, forts, temples, villages, nature spots, or interesting places to explore Prefer places where the roads are in decent condition Any hidden gems that aren’t overcrowded?

Hi all, I’m planning to buy a 3BHK flat mainly near the Google office in Financial District. My budget is around 2Cr, and I’m okay with projects that will be completed in the next 2–3 years.I am a software engineer Looking for a gated community with basic good amenities like walking track (for my parents), some greenery, gym, kids play area, and if possible pet-friendly (dog park). Flat size should be around 2000+ sq ft. If anyone has suggestions or already staying in nearby projects, please share your experience. Thanks!

Hi Hyderabad, I live near Kompally and have to travel to Gachibowli for office. I commute by a bike and it takes about 1.5 hours each way with traffic and the commute feels hard if it rains or the sun is too hot. I'm okay with taking metro or train or any public transport that's easy and comfortable, Is there a way for me to reach any metro park my bike for the day, travel via metro to Raidurg and do the same in evening and take my bike back? Raidurg metro is 2 min walk from office. If it's just pipe dreams to expect public transport to be better or practical or punctual, can anyone suggest any routes that has less traffic or any alternative route to reach Gachibowli? I don't mind even if the alternative is longer if it's just faster. I take Kompally -> bala nagar -> jntu -> kpbh -> Gachibowli route. Thanks in advance 

I am looking for an open plot (can be a stand alone/resale plot or in a venture) near by Pista House shankarpally with 1-2km radius on Hyderabad-Shankarpally road only. Also, Does anybody have an idea about the pricing in that area? Not interested in Meenakshi county as it is not on Shankarpally-Hyderabad road. Thanks.
