Extremely Poor Customer Experience I had a very disappointing experience with Lansum Elena. Despite being repeatedly asked by their team to visit the office, when I finally reached the site, I was denied entry by the security guard and treated poorly, without any basic courtesy or explanation. What made it worse was the complete lack of coordination and accountability from the marketing team—there was no swift response, no ownership, and no effort to resolve the situation. This is especially shocking for a project that claims to sell luxury flats. Luxury is not just about pricing or branding; it starts with how potential customers are treated. This experience clearly reflects poor internal communication and zero respect for a prospective buyer’s time. If this is the attitude before a sale, it raises serious concerns about accountability afterward. I will never consider Lansum again and would advise others to be cautious.
Really happy with my experience at Lansum Elena so far. The location is awesome, and they offer flexible payment plans which made things a lot easier. Big shoutout to Srinidhi and Sravan from the CRM team — super helpful, patient, and always quick to respond. They kept me updated at every step, were genuinely warm and welcoming, and never forced or oversold anything, which I really appreciate. The project itself looks great — lots of attention to detail, and the floor plans are smart and well thought out. Overall, it's been a smooth and positive journey. Definitely worth checking out!
The sales team was very approachable and patient, always ready to clarify every question I had about the property, financing, measurements, and amenities, even after multiple interactions. They explained everything step by step, and the entire purchase process felt very smooth and well-coordinated because of their support. It made me realize that, although Lansum is already a well-known name, the combination of this project's location and the amenities they are offering truly helped me make my decision with confidence.
I have browsed a lot and following are the reasons that helped my decision Location: kokapat is prime location. On top of that Elena is located at a premium intersection within walkable distance of ORR exit 1, ISB road, Shankarpalli road Floor Plans: It is one of the well thought out floor plans. Small things make great difference. Like the lobbies, well shaped balconies, position of kitchen & utility areas .. etc Sales team: They understood my budget constraints. They have been patient and flexible. Provided flexible options. CRM team: Due to least interest rate, I have chosen certain govt bank. CRM team handled all the bank's queries and processes, helped in approval process.
I recently decided to go ahead with my first home at Lansum Elena Residences, and honestly, it just felt right. What I really loved is the balance it offers—being in a prime area like Kokapet, close to the Financial District and key parts of the city, yet still feeling peaceful and slightly removed from the chaos. That combination is rare, especially when you’re looking for a us to stay. The amenities here are genuinely one of the highlights—thoughtfully curated, not just for show, but designed for everyday living and comfort. The overall vibe of the project—with its spaces and thoughtfully planned environment—makes it feel like a place where life can be lived at your own pace, not rushed. For a first home, you always look for something that gives you both comfort and confidence. For me, this checked both boxes.
This is the best Floor plan I have seen in premium houses. Owner and Marketing teams naturaly very attentive and perceptive to the the needs of the customers.
I stayed in Kukatpally for 35 yrs and moved to Kokapet hi rise two years back ,not much difference in traffic between both during peak hours Problems of Kukatpally No Parking Too much mass Bike traffic during day and bus traffic during night Advantage of Kukatpally Food option Grocery convenience Malls and multiplexes 24x7 many shops open Maids and staff easily available Disadvantage of Kokapet 40 percent more costly Maids difficult to find Peak hour costly and neopolis dust Area is hot due to no trees Advantage Organised living Parking In my view life is simple and easy in Kukatpally
Great Location no Hydra issues, construction work going in full swing
I found Lansum Elena to be a wonderful place to live after exploring their thoughtfully designed website, which truly reflects their vision. This impression only grew stronger when I visited the Lansum Experience Center. The staff—Srinidhi, Navitha, and Sravan were exceptionally welcoming and professional, making the entire experience even more reassuring. I’m excited about the prospect of living in such a beautiful environment.
We are a family of 4 planning to move to Hyd in 2028 so we are looking at projects that complete around that timeframe. Both of us work in tech. Our budget is max 4 cr for a 3.5/4BHK. We narrowed down our search area to Kokapet (access to ORR/Tech corridor for easier commute, good growth). Within Kokapet there are a few choices for that timeframe in the Golden Mile extension area that fits our budget so we narrowed down to Lansum Elena and My Home Apas. Which of these is a better choice? My Home is obviously the more reputed builder but we’d be getting only a 3 BHK 2765 sqft for our budget while in Elena we’d be getting a 4 BHK 3260/3465 sqft. Other concerns: How is the water and electricity situation in Kokapet? Do these builders get a good supply of municipal water? Are these high rises built in areas where there is good underground water supply for boring? Both of these apartments are next to the Kokapet Lake - Is the soil quality an issue? Will the foundation last? If there are other areas we can look at for upcoming projects in our timeline, please share also.
He and I live both in a good gated society in KPHB so we have no issues with parking, other than parking on streets when shopping but its everywhere same problem. In my view life is simple and easy in Kukatpally this is what he keeps saying and says he will hire a driver if traffic is problem and decides he wont buy lol, vaadu baaga lazy so he likes where he is ante its very hard to change his mind but his only worry is wasting time in traffic and his other concern is if im paying 3Cr i better get a good apartment than this instead of same apartment but closer ani
