A calm and serene gated residential community sufficiently distanced from the main street that you can enjoy relative peace of living without the noise of traffic on the roads. With a lot of greenery and tree cover, the place is also home to a multitude of birds, so you can almost constantly enjoy the chirping and calling out from the different species that nest here. With the recent upgrade of the roads in the area, connectivity has much improved (and will continue to do so) and more business establishments have come up meaning one doesn't have to travel far for anything. Proximity to the IT hubs of Gachibowli and Madhapur, schools, hospitals, and schools also work in favour of moving here.

Awesome high-end villa community. Full fledged community facilities with all indoor and outdoor sports facilities. Close to Gandipet area and lot of high-end projects under development nearby. The location is laid back & provides good ambience away from the hustle of the city. good connectivity to ORR, Financial district, Hi-tech city and close to the upcoming Kokapet SEZ. All points scored but pretty costly ;)
