I like working out of cafés few days of the week. Been doing it for about six months now in Hyderabad. Laptop, coffee, headphones ; perfect setup But almost every weekend, I end up witnessing the same little drama. A group of 4–5 guys walks in together and spreads out across multiple tables. They’re not really chatting like friends. Not really working either. Just… stationed. Like they’re waiting. About 20–30 minutes later, one new person shows up. Usually brought in by an acquaintance. That’s when it starts. “Bro, you’re lucky you’re meeting him.” “He’s my senior.” “He’s made crores.” “Ex-corporate.” “Now he travels the world.” The word business starts getting repeated every few minutes. “You just need to invest 2–4 hours a day.” “Passive income.” “Global e-commerce.” “Asset building.” “We’ll build you a Microsoft/Amazon-certified website.” But no one actually explains what the business is. If the new guy asks directly, it turns into vague answers: “Trust me.” “It’s about mindset.” “If it was that easy, everyone would do it.” “I can’t explain everything without commitment.” I’ve even overheard nudges about taking personal loans — sometimes even those instant loan apps — just to “get started.” And the best part? The “senior” is usually sitting at another table. Or he steps out right before the newcomer arrives. Suspense builds. The acquaintance keeps hyping him up. Then he walks in. Confident handshake. Watch subtly visible. Voice drops slightly. Now it’s a TED Talk in Starbucks. I’ve seen this exact script play out at: • Blue Tokai (Jubilee Enclave & Gachibowli) • Third Wave(almost all branches) • Roast (Gachibowli, Madhapur, Banjara Hills) • Starbucks (Khajaguda & Banjara Hills) Every weekend. Same script. Different cast. At this point, half the café conversations are just MLM pitches “business… passive income… mentorship… business.” Please tell me I’m not the only one noticing this. Posting this from phone : excuse the formatting TL;DR: Every weekend, groups set up in Hyderabad cafés to pitch a vague “business opportunity.” They hype a “senior” who’s made crores, promise passive income for 2–4 hours a day, avoid explaining the actual model, and sometimes pressure people to take loans to “invest.” If someone invites you for coffee to discuss “the business,” be cautious.

I live in this place and its costly affair to live and safest place.The flats are big and good ventilation.A big pond with a nice walk over around provide a nice scenic view and fresh air. Place has A GYM,Community Hall with buffet spa e with 3 bathrooms,snooker house, library,swimming pool and especially play space for children (sand playground and normal space too).We have a market on sunday for vegetables with affordable cost. Security are at their best as they wont allow any person until owner is notified or speaks with the owner. Walk space and lift have security cameras for more visibility and security.Maintainence is 3720+ water cost per month according to provided flat space.We do celebrate diwali,holi, vinayaka chavithi,new year every year.Even it has lot more facilities with KIMS Apollo hospitals near with <1.5km for emergencies. Top International school facilities in HITECH AND GACHIBOWLI.Inorbit & AMB Cinemas in Sarath Capital nearby for for your best entertainment & shopping experience. We even have a dog park near Radission hotel in Gachibowli <2KM for pet owners.We do have Multiple temples like Sreeramchandra devalayam near google office,Hanuman and Durga devi temple at Kothaguda X Road and Venkateshwara swamy temple in police colony parallel to our colony(Safari Colony)and Saibaba temple in the middle of the Safari colony.We even see peacocks placing in the garden before sometimes in rainy seasons. We have a plumber,Carpenter and Electrician availability also with possible visits on Saturdays/Sundays.Every Flat has a individual Parking.

Sorry.. I would love to give negative rating if there is option. Stayed in this apartment for 2 years. 1. Worst construction of the flat.. very low quality material. 2. Worst behavior of the maintenance . One stupid fellow is sitting in the maintenance office .. someone Rao... very dirty apartment, water problem, electricity problem, no well equipment in gym. 3. They are taking big maintenance fees. If you are few days late for paying maintenance bill, they will stop electricity and water to your flat without warning. 4. They will tell there is a swimming pool, but in your life time you will see a swimming pool without water :p Dont spoil your self by staying here .. better try some good place near by

So today I officially became that guy. You know… the one who always tells others: 'Bro, don’t go… obvious MLM scam ra' Yeah. That same me walked straight into one today It started with a very professionally friendly call about a business opportunity .I was a bit skeptical, but he spoke so confidently that I thought, Okay, let me just check once.Sunday ne kada Big mistake. I go thereto there home… nicely dressed people, husband was wearing formals at home on sunday, Wife offered coffee , A bamardi ( original guy who called me ) lots of smiling faces… felt legit for like 5 minutes. Then slowly the keywords start dropping , values , money etc .At that point, my brain was like , Abort mission .And then the final reveal .It’s basically an insurance policy + MLM combo . I just sat there thinking , Endira… andariki vaddu ani cheppe nenu… nene ela ikkada kurchunna ? But then… Sheldon Cooper in me woke up from Sunday slumber  I went full interrogation mode: “Saar… meeku enta vastundi?” He confidently: '100k per month' Inside me: Abbooo… Then his wife jumps in: I left my permanent job… and joined my husband . I said ,Okay saar, can you show your paycheck or bank balance . Smile. Topic diversion. Classic. Inka nenu questions start chesanu… ROI enti ? actual product sales entha ? retention ela ? After a point, his face said it all 'Eene tho ayye pani kaadu' Side lo ayana wife ki signal ichadu 'inka lite teesko' And then… asalu maza akkade start ayindi  Nenu na Ipad teesanu , Na wife ki ardham ayindi 'veedu edo cheyabotunnadu ' I flipped the script 'Sir, actually Hyderabad lo lands lo invest cheyandi… very high growth ' Na daggara unna digital brochures anni forward chesanu Konchem sepu mundu 100k/month ani cheppina Rao gaariki… gontu lo velaga kaaya pandindi .. Then he told, That commision money cant be withdrawn when ever we want ..10 years company vadi daggare vuntundi ani ..I said then its nt worth investing. Chai posinru engli chesi vachesinam .. Honestly though… Yedavalu… kanisam na tella gaddam chusi… Veedu bakara kaadu 'ani anukovalsindi ..experienced uncle ikkada. 藍

Paid 6L for amenities in Nyla by Team4. No lottery parking and above are the charges for amenities. Buyers were told no charges would be there for amenities by I knew there would be some charges, but charges so high only to restrict from using any of these. Skating rink is the size of a bedroom. Horrible Beware guys before putting your money in new builders. Better to go with myhome, aparna alone, atleast you would know what you are signing up for
