Gated community villas on gandipet road. Very nearer to kokapet sez and financial district. Maintenance is too good

I own a villa here. Been staying here for the last six months. Clean air, lots of greenery around, zero traffic and 15 mins to Gachibowli. What more??
I have officially looked at 200+ projects, consumed enough caffeine to power the Financial District, and drank two random buttermilks along the way. I’ve narrowed it down to three final contenders based on strict criteria: Commute to Financial District (Mandatory, because my wife said so, and I value my life). Rental potential (In case my Bangalore-to-Hyderabad shift falls through). Appreciation (Need to make back the money I spent on all that tea). Project Density (I prefer human-sized spaces, not dystopian ant colonies). Here are the finalists (Prices are all-inclusive base rates): Project K2 (Kollur): ₹6,700/sq.ft. Raghava Halo (Kondapur): ₹7,800/sq.ft. Sky 49 (Tellapur): ₹7,500/sq.ft. Which of these is the actual winner, and which one is a trap? Help a tired man out. Other projects Vision Arsha: I see many bad reviews about the delay And also people commenting to DM, please feel free to post your projects in the comments and let anyone in the same boat as mine benefit from it
Hi everyone, 28M. Recently married. I’m looking to buy a BHK apartment (minimum 1800 sft) Criteria: Ready to move or possession within 5 months Budget: Below ₹1.4 Cr (including registration & GST) I recently visited Prosperiti EKAM and liked a few things: ~450 apartments in ~5 acres (feels relatively low density) Premium construction quality (at least from what I observed) Sustainable/eco-friendly features Good clubhouse and amenities Location seems decent with growth potential, but I’d love honest feedback from: Existing buyersPeople who evaluated EKAM and chose something else Anyone aware of resale price trends or negotiation scope Are there better alternatives in Tellapur / Osman Nagar / Nallagandla within this budget? Appreciate genuine suggestions and pros/cons It's my first purchase.
I Was recently checking out a boutique project near Film Nagar, Jubilee Hills and found this quite interesting. It’s not a typical big apartment project , only 5 flats in total, basically one flat per floor. Felt more like a private residence setup than a regular gated community. Each unit is around 4500 SFT (4BHK), so space-wise it’s pretty massive. What stood out to me was the privacy aspect and the fact that it’s in a prime location close to KBR side. From what I understood: • Only 5 units (low density) • Large floor plans • Premium specs + 3 car parking • Targeted more towards end-users / HNI buyers Not sure how many units are still available, but seemed like a rare kind of inventory for that area. If anyone is actively looking in Jubilee Hills or similar budget, might be worth checking it out. Feel free to DM - I can share more details +91-7799262262
Hey ppl, is Suprabatha a good builder? I have seen some decent reviews, but wanted to know what you guys think about the area and the builder. Initially planned in Mokila, but that seems out of the budget, and Suprabatha seems to be around 8300 per sq ft. Seems close to orr and other new villa projects, so my naive way of thinking seems to tick all the boxes, would love to hear your thoughts Link: https://suprabhathavillas.com
Hi everyone! I’m looking to sell my 3BHK at Sumadhura Gardens by the Brook. The project has received OC, and registrations are starting next week. It’s a low-density community and my unit has excellent natural light and ventilation. Unit details: Park view from balcony All inclusive Price: ₹1.34 Cr (slightly negotiable) Feel free to reach out if you or someone you know is looking. Edit: The flat is sold
Both are coming on same price but one is PRE EMI. Please provide suggestions on what is best? what to verify before booking ? Builder track record? Rental and resale ? Lowest unit around 2300 vs 2340 . Have other option to stretch SSI FORTUNE GRANDE OR APAS? If required but not necessary. Please provide suggestions and recommendations. I will be grateful . Thanks .
Also suggest the exact spots where i can see supercars in hyd, the best spots to see in jubliee hills and banjara hills, reasonably cheap cafes for college students
