Decent duplex type apartments. Some flats are very small congested, inner ones, but Outer ones are good. Spacious enough with ample lighting and ventilation. Outdoor play area and landscaping is very good and spacious enough. Some elevation work ongoing. Inner walkways and parking is spacious and good. Overall decent for the location and price..

Amazing property with great specifications. We have booked the lake view property. It's the best place to live in if one like to live closer to Nature. What else could it be beautiful to wake up with bird chirpings and beautiful views around. Can't wait to get possession of our sweet home. Thanks to Mr Dheeraj & Team for making our purchase a great feel with warm welcome.
Is Property duly approved by Government authorities? Some news is there regarding HYDRAA..is it correct?
