Caution Avoid this. Location is amazing and that’s the only plus point, nothing else nothing I mean nothing else is good here. water seeping, bad roads, not proper rain drains, still elevators in most of the villas are not working as the mantri company didn’t install them. Completely disappointing investment for anyone. Won’t and can’t suggest this. Avoid this project.
The location is horrible. You can't get any essential groceries nearby. Without a personal vehicle, you are doomed. The rooms themselves aren't too spacious. The villas are a standard G+2 villas in a small plot. This is way too overpriced for the amenities and the location.
Situated slightly out of the city between Appa junction & Narsingi. Huge villas well maintained with security, gardens etc. Lot of greenery.
The future lies on this side now. Nice peaceful location just 9 kms from wipro junction. Very good place to invest money in. The villas are beautifully kept.
Mantri developers are to be banned from Hyderabad. check Telangana consumer forum for the many complaints listed there on Mantri developers. Do not fall in trap of Mantri developers. They do not stick their commitments and projects keep on extending for years, people are still waiting for possession in Celestia towers from past 9 years.
