Posh community with close proximity to Hitech City and Financial District. Construction quality is better than some of the big names in the business. Peaceful and we'll maintained society with no chaos.

The builder has taken up all the maintenance money in advance and doesn't provide basic facilities like cctv, proper water supply, getting lifts repaired on time, fixing Seepage issues that were agreed before buying the flat. If you are planning to buy any Muppa builder's property, think twice before you make a purchase. Don't get cheated

The sales guy/manager was a little rude here. But the quality of materials they used, the build quality is first class. A very good location and decent pricing. A little more greenery on the inside is needed.

Details Hallmark Empyrean Location 2.5 bhk 1491 sft 8550/sft 5 -6 yr old landlord builder dispute hence flat coming out now for sale will be first owner . 50 percent interior done. good location nearby good shops everything also on narsingi puppalaguda main road opposite skyila uds 56 sq yrds 240 units 5 acre project reasonable ameneties mainly purchasing to lower travel time from 1 - 1.5 hr to 15 mins total cost is 1.27cr uds value is 85-93 lakhs I is this a good investment Should I look for independent but independent with this travel time is 2+cr found one in osman nagar but 1.8 cr going over budget wil have to sell plot in shad nagar have 4 need to sell 1 to finance this also flat is full white payment plot is 40-50 percent black and rest white any suggestions my budget is 1.5 cr including registration corpus fund everything hate highrises completely have a kid and my mom so need good ameneties and close to shops and schools office commute should be quick as I want more time with kid and family also uds should be good I want good price for value appreciation currently getting 70percent land value which is similar to new indep house is this good or should I look somewhere
