I am flat hunting in Hyderabad and see many availability in Myhome Bhooja. How are so many flats available for rent, sale in a most wanted premium apartment? Also, I am guessing maintenance must be high too. Wouldn't people who can afford to rent there be rich enough to own? Who exactly are buying/renting at such premium prices?

Excellent location and lake views ,good connectivity to all prime locations in financial district,reputed builder and no compromise in quality of construction and maintaining/promising the handover schedule.

Stay away, if you’re planning premium experience. Overpriced, not meeting committed standards and specifications(Doors and flooring). Doors look cheaper than standalone apartment ones, tiles are lesser than promised large-format 1000 x 1000 mm. MyHome tarnishing its own reputation by doing these cheap tactics.

This the 5th site of my home constructions pvt. Lt. At kokapet. There have 6 sky high tower with g+44 floor with 8q.5% open space and it's have 3 BHK luxury apartment with 2750 Sq ft. To 3850 Sq. Ft. And another one you see kokapet lake from ur balcony and flats room's window 犯 .

This construction project has shown zero respect for the local community or basic noise ordinances. They are consistently operating heavy machinery and causing massive disruptions late into the night—frequently past 10:00 PM—and starting right back up at the crack of dawn. The constant, relentless noise is making it impossible to sleep, relax, or live peacefully in our own homes. It is incredibly unprofessional and inconsiderate. If you are a home buyer who cares about compliance, community relations, or basic ethics, look elsewhere. This site is being run with a complete disregard for everyone living around it.

After living in Mumbai, Delhi, Bahrain, Dubai, Singapore gained a bit of experience to identify location for future living( 10 to 15 years time line). After reviewing few projects selected APAS for my next shift in 2027. Based my future needs looked at (1). Connectivity to airport (2) proximity to health care facilities (3) connectivity to major highways...Regarding builder: since we purchased a flat in My Home Bhooja for my daughter hence I'm convinced with quality and completion time lines and I can say they are at par with top builders in India. Those looking for value appreciation it will be purely depending on final residents and the value they are bringing to the community.

My Home APAS is strategically located in Kokapet, in the vicinity of IT Hubs - FInancial district, developing Neopolis, with easy access to established Raidurgam Knowledge City/ HITEC City and the proposed Budvel IT park. This project is centrally located in the developing posh residential locality of Kokapet that has wide 100+ ft roads with good access to hospitals, educational institutions, spiritual centers, shopping, entertainment malls, water bodies, green lung spaces/ parks in the close proximity in central Gachibowli/ Nanakramguda/ Puppalaguda/Gandipet that are relatively pollution free. The unique advantage of APAS is that it’s placed on the banks of Kokapet lake and in close proximity to ORR Exit 1 for easy commute. If one wants the convenience of staying in the city, yet have that serene ‘village’ feel with lake/ hi-rise views, APAS is the project to go for that has all the bells and whistles of a luxury property from My Home brand. With all the hirises around, scope for structured development, APAS in my view is a perfect destination for an aspiring urban lifestyle. The sales manager and CRM have been very helpful in the booking process right from the inception and could accommodate a unit of my choice (as it became available). I am super impressed with the APAS project location, a critical factor in my flat buying decision, features/ amenities offered, honest and competitive pricing and happy more so with the way Kokapet is turning into a premium residential locality. Thank you My Home for APAS among other projects.

What truly stands out about My Home Apas is the incredible amount of open space, something that’s honestly hard to find even in most luxury projects around Kokapet. The layout feels very thoughtfully planned, with plenty of greenery and breathing room between towers. It gives a very calm and spacious vibe, which makes everyday living much more comfortable. Definitely one of the biggest strengths of this project.
