60% [ good experience ] wanted to visit the park after seeing this post, and I had a good experience. Unlike Durgam Cheruvu or KBR Park, there are no traffic horns it's very peaceful. I liked the ambiance and the greenery. Families, couples, and friends were having a good time, laughing together, which reminded me of how lonely 1 am. Anyway, it wasn't too crowded because it's not accessible to everyone. The sound of birds chirping was soothing, and the view was beautiful. I had a peaceful morning 40% [ bad experience ] 1.There is litter everywhere i go in the park, literally at the enterance and walkway,i didnt feellike it's worth paying 50 rupees. KRB is soo damn clean 2. They do have big washrooms but there is no water to use!

Back in 2023, I tried desperately to convince a few of my residences against jumping in to this DEAL. They went ahead anyway and shelled out ₹70-80 lakhs each(total 10mem- Approx 8cr) . But fast-forward 2 years to today: Zero progress. Heard, Only half of the land had been registered in the builders' names. It looks like they just used those OTP funds to cover early costs like land acquisition, permissions, and layout plans. The prime location and "OTP" pricing? It's the ultimate trap, preying on middle-class first-time homebuyers chasing that dream. Don't let FOMO cloud your judgment. Liked faced of project and color changes on different shades of sun. CONS Less ceiling Height. One can expect at least 11 ft ceiling high for these premium projects in FD. Vehicle moment on ground level which makes discomfort for people. Flat doors are adjacent to each as per layout. Some people feel privacy issue. But i don't think it is a major concern to consider as corridor width about 10feet. The road leading to the project from ORR and ISB Road is currently a bit rough. From the ISB side, there is a steep downhill just at Myscape Courtyard, and from the ORR side, the there is an another steep downhill at Krinss Villas. I have been looking at luxury apartments in hyderabad because I plan to move back to hyderabad in a couple of years and settle down but other than the large sizes and minor conveniences I don't see any luxury in the so called luxury projects. A luxury must have would be your own pool at least according to the prices they are charging. i love to swim and have always wanted a place with a private pool that I can use at any time. I was looking at projects which would have something like that but the only thing I could find was alien space station which seems dodgy as hell. Are there any other projects that offer private pools? Any leads would be appreciated. Im not particular about the locality.

I've looked at ASBL Loft and Broadway, Pacifica phase 2, few other projects in Tellapur in and around 2 Cr. However, would like to know your opinions or any cons that might be missing from my side w.r.t Myscape? I've seen that the builder reviews and other projects are good. Please share your thoughts.
