Just to cross this underpass for a 4-wheeler takes 20 min for a 500-m stretch. This is ridiculous. To add to that 2-wheelers use both lanes, and the traffic guy there doesn't take any action. THIS HAPPENS EVERY DAY, ANYTIME. Requesting Authorities to re-construct the underpass to make it 2-way. Location: Narine Estate, Premnagar, Hafeezpet, Near My Home Mangla. [Traffic from North-west Hyderabad to other side of railway track is so painful. Be it Lingampalli Underpass, Nallagandla Flyover, MyHomeMangla Underpass, Hafeezpet flyover] Previous Govt didn't put efforts, and so is this Govt.] Please 

Plenty of parking for visitors and beautifully landscaped. It’s right in middle of financial district with restaurants next door. Conducted a pottery workshop for residents in their banquet hall which was very well equipped.

It has been a month now since I moved to Hyderabad from Delhi. I bought a Royal Enfield Hunter 350 on 11th January 2026. The dealer offered Rs. 1500 fee for registration. I chose to do it myself without involving a broker. On 18th January 2026, the dealer called me and asked to pick-up the documents required for the registration. I picked up the documents and inquired about the process. I was told that I need to: Book a slot on the Telangana Transport website for appointment. Go to counter 1 with all the documents (given by the dealer + address proof document). Address proof document has to be in original along with photocopy. Aadhaar card (original and photocopy). Once the documents are checked and entered in the system, a slip will be given. Take it to counter 2 for photograph and signature. From there, take the vehicle to the inspection area and get it inspected. Retain the slip and "go home". ADDRESS PROOF: Refer: https://www.transport.telangana.gov.in/html/proof-of-documents-required.html PS: Rent Agreement (notarized or otherwise) is not a valid document. There were a few options for me to get the address proof: Current / Water bill - Since it was holiday season, Owner was out of town and was so was not able to get it (doesn't have to be in your name). Gas connection: I don't have a gas connection since I am using a 5KG LPG and there was no point spending 6-8k to get a gas connection just for address proof. Bank Passbook: I went to the HDFC branch. They helped me in getting the address changed to my local address using HDFC insta service. You can do it on your own. It took 27 hours (to be precise) to reflect the address. Once done, I went to the branch and got a passbook with the updated address. Fixed a passport photograph and got it stamped and signed. REGISTRATION PROCESS AND EXPERIENCE AT KONDAPUR RTO I had booked a slot for 21st January 2026 11.20 AM. Reached the RTO at 11AM. Went to counter 1. There were 4 people ahead. A person verified the documents in the queue and asked to sign at 5-6 places. After that I submitted the documents at the counter and got a green slip. Went to counter 2 for photograph and signature. There were 60+ people. But this was due to some internal server issue. Once it was fixed, the line started to moved fast and was out of counter 2 in 30 minutes. Took the bike for inspection. The person asked to take pencil imprint of the chassis number on 3 pages (form 20 and 1 more page). I took help from a person as it was hard to reach the neck for imprint. I then went back to the Inspector and he asked me to read the chassis number loud to verify the doc. Once done, he kept the document bundle and asked me to "go home". The whole process took 1 hour only. Could have been lesser if there was no server issue but I am not complaining about it. Overall the experience was good and the process is hassle free and straight forward. I am happy that I was able to do it without giving a single penny to broker. If I can do, anyone can do it. Cheers.

I (25F) am a self taught interior design and i have created a 3D model of the interiors of my house. Handover is next year and i want to find out how best to execute my vision. I want custom wooden builds, kitchen, etc. Furniture i can buy directly from stores. Found a good, slightly expensive wooden store. And appliances as well ofc can be bought myself. How do i execute the rest of the interiors? Can i just hire carpenters that would source the materials i want? Is there any interiors company that doesn’t charge a hefty price when i have the whole plan laid out? Whats the best way to go about this? I dont trust most interior design companies to not overcharge/ do a subpar job.

Hi everyone, I’m starting to shortlist an interior designer for my new apartment in Hyderabad. I’m considering these three right now: Luxe Designs and Spaces Spaces by MTC (Kokapet) D’Life Interiors I’m trying to keep the home modern and minimal. Clean lines, not too much visual clutter. Warm neutral tones, wood accents, bright and airy in the day but cosy at night. Also, I cannot go the “hire carpenters and manage everything myself” route. My situation does not allow me to visit the site daily and supervise. So I’m specifically looking for a firm that can handle execution end-to-end with reliable supervision. If you have first-hand experience (your home, your family’s, or you visited a friend’s place they did), I’d really appreciate the real story. Things I want to understand from actual clients: Did they finish on time? If not, how bad was the delay, and why? How was the execution quality after a few months of living (alignment, finish, gaps, hardware issues, warping, leaks, paint touch-ups)? Were they transparent with pricing and scope, or did costs keep creeping up later? Did they stick to what was promised in the drawings and material list, or were there substitutions and surprises? How strong was site supervision and communication (project manager presence, updates, problem solving)? How was after-sales support once payment was done (snag fixes, warranty, response time)? If you had to do it again, would you pick the same firm or avoid them? Also, if not these three, what other interior design firms would you recommend for good execution and decent value? Even one detailed experience, good or bad, would help me a lot. If you have photos you can share (even in DMs), that’s a bonus. Thanks in advance. I’m trying to avoid an expensive mistake here. Small note: I’m mainly looking for client experiences and firm/studio recommendations in the comments, since that helps me compare options faster. If any individual designers message me, I might not be able to respond to everyone, but I appreciate the intent.

I recently booked a 3BHK apartment in My Home APAS, Kokapet through @ManagerSea6660, and my experience was quite positive. From our very first conversation to the final closure of the unit, he was incredibly responsive, professional, and knowledgeable about the project. He patiently walked me through all the important details project highlights, pricing, various payment plans, amenities, and location advantages and answered every single question I had with complete clarity. What stood out most was his honesty and transparency. There were no pressure tactics, no hidden information, and no false promises just straightforward, genuine guidance. In today’s real estate market, this kind of integrity is truly rare and refreshing. The entire process was smooth and hassle-free, which made what could have been a stressful decision feel simple and confident. I highly recommend @ManagerSea6660 to anyone looking to buy a property in My Home APAS or any other project. If you want a reliable, trustworthy, and experienced person to help you through the journey, he’s definitely the one to go with.

Hi all, I'm pretty interested in Myscape Palma. The Myscape road and the new road which they're claiming will be constructed, if done, will be very good location wise. I've looked at ASBL Loft and Broadway, Pacifica phase 2, few other projects in Tellapur in and around 2 Cr. However, would like to know your opinions or any cons that might be missing from my side w.r.t Myscape? I've seen that the builder reviews and other projects are good. Please share your thoughts.

Hi all — I’m looking for feedback on MyScape Songs of the Sun in FD. Current pricing being quoted: ₹10,600 per sq ft ₹200 per sq ft for “view premium” ₹300 per sq ft for “infrastructure charges” (not sure what this covers) Floor Rise ₹25 per sft per floor from 5th Floor onwards I’m trying to figure out if ₹10,000 per sft a realistic base price to expect?

Hi all, I have shortlisted Myscape Palma, which is currently in pre-launch, and I’m comfortable waiting until the 2029 handover. I'm looking to close the deal in September itself. If anyone has a referral that can help me secure the best price, please connect me with them. I’m also happy to share part of the % as referral benefit.
