Though this is totally a personal experience it still affects a lot of others. PROS: Sound - Best experience ever Seats - great cushion, decent ergonomics and smooth action( should see if this remains same over the years) Screen size - Project Hail Mary has scenes that are best viewed on this aspect ratio but during a lot of scenes, resolution is not up to the mark, we can still see pixels. Its what a movie is made technically, you can never be able to watch movies with regular aspect ratio on these screens. Dune 3 trailer was epic to watch on this screen with the sound. A right aspect ratio with great sound is easily 9/10 or even 10/10 CONS: Parking - its fucking lava floor, no sun shade, just in open space. Seats, bonnet and steering are almost melting Cleanliness - needs a lot of improvement, messy carpets, escalators with stains, stinky toilets Director seats - Just common seats, nothing special but they cost more. Not every theatre does this and not sure why Allu Cinemas is an exception. We went to watch in these seats last Monday and we felt they are the shittiest ones. Movie lasted for approx 2.5 hours and people, staff roaming in front of us and spoiling the experience for 1.5 hours. Always pick the OG Upper or top rows Overall its average movie experience not even meeting half the standards that of AMB cinemas.

I’m currently scouting for a flat in the West Hyderabad area (Tellapur/Kollur) and looking specifically at the One-Time Payment (OTP) route. I’ve shortlisted two projects: Rajapushpa Sierra: Quoted base price is ₹6,400/- Anvita High 9: Quoted base price is ₹5,800/- Given the current market and the risk involved with OTP, I’m trying to decide if the ₹600/sqft premium for Rajapushpa is worth it for the brand name and construction quality, or if Anvita High 9 is a better value play. For those living in the area or familiar with these builders: How is the construction progress on both sites? Does Anvita have a solid track record compared to Rajapushpa? Are there any other projects in the ₹5.5k–₹6.5k range (OTP) I should check out? Thanks in advance!
Hey everyone! I'm making the big jump and moving to Hyderabad soon. My new gig is in the HITECH City area. I could really use some local knowledge! Where's the best spot to live? I need suggestions for decent residential areas nearby—trying to balance a short, sane commute with rent that doesn't make me cry. Hit me with the neighborhood names! What's the vibe like? I'm a North Indian, so I'm curious how easy it is to settle in. Any tips on navigating daily life, culture, or food? Basically, what's life in Hyderabad really like?
Need help in finalising these two. Both are part of same kind of townships. Need to compromise on size if choosing aparna to fit my budget. But few things which are concerning for sierra are: Recent liquidity issues that i heard for Rp mixed reviews on Rp’s maintainence. Ongoing construction for next 5 to 10years in 400 acres. high density. 5)also while visiting the site saw that aurelia is going very slow even after 2 years of launch. Appreciate different perspectives on this.
