I have invested in a prelaunch project by TNR constructions at Gopanpally a few years ago. But the builder is still struggling to get a RERA permission. Is anyone else on the same boat as me here? Looking to connect with fellow investors so that it’s easy to discuss with the builders when we do it together. Please DM me incase you have invested in it. Pretty worried about the builder and questioning their credibility now. Also welcome to any insider info on status of the project. Are high-rise RERA really that tough to get these days? It’s been many years since they opened for customers to invest but didn’t really get through the RERA HMDA process without which they can’t even start construction. I have no intention to scare away people who are now trying to invest in it. But just wanted to start a discussion on it so that any person who knows about the project status can comment on this.
