Real nice place at Kokapet. Small gated community with limited exclusive villas.
Very good community with sensible space planning and architecture with limited set of premium luxurious villas.
hyderabad is now India’s largest city — 1,982.9 sq km, 1.69 Cr population — after merging 27 Urban Local Body with #GHMC. Bigger than #Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai in city limits. Govt approves ₹14,700 Cr underground power & utility network + ₹2 Cr for each of 150 wards
Pavani Boulevard has 27 luxury villas.Approach road is horrible, but once you reach in, very pleasant and calm. It's a celebs choice.
A Newly Built Gated community with Villas in Kokapet near CBIT. It has a great Community Hall with all facilities but no connectivity
I’m currently in deep on an under-construction apartment project in West Hyderabad (1.5Cr for 1800 sqft) and honestly? I’m miserable. The constant stress, the hidden costs, and the thought of sharing walls with hundreds of people is killing me. Instagram is now tempting me with villas in Patancheru/North Hyderabad for around 1.8Cr. For an extra 30 lakhs, I get my own space, no upstairs neighbors, and the "villa" label. But I’m worried about the industrial pollution and being stuck in the middle of nowhere. **Real estate experts and fellow buyers, give it to me straight:** Is the "villa life" actually worth the extra 30 lakhs, or is it just fancy marketing? Is Patancheru’s pollution reputation a dealbreaker, or is it manageable these days? Would you stick to the "safe" West Hyderabad apartment or gamble on the villa? Am I trading one headache for another, or is this my ticket to sanity?
I've noticed many people inquiring about villa or plot ventures in Kollur (Golden Triangle Area). After conducting some research, I'm sharing a list here. I hope it helps! Hey everyone, Looking for some honest opinions on a PBEL City resale. I’m evaluating a 1576 sq ft, East-facing 2BHK in P-Tower, on a 20th+ floor. One major plus is that P-Tower itself is newly constructed and was handed over only about 6 months ago, so the flat and common areas still feel very new. What I absolutely love about this unit is the balcony view uninterrupted overlooking two lakes + Kokapet + the Nanakramguda skyline — genuinely one of the best views I’ve seen in this budget. Since I only need a 2BHK, the layout works perfectly for me. My situation: I need a ready-to-move home quickly, plan to live here for a few years, and later put it on rent when I move out of Hyderabad. I’m not expecting major appreciation — I don’t think most Hyderabad projects resell for big profits unless they’re ultra-premium like Bhooja, etc. The quote I’m getting is ₹1.6 Cr (excluding registration). Trying to understand if this is justified for PBEL in 2025. Would appreciate insights from people who: • Know ongoing PBEL sale rates (especially in P/Q towers) • Have bought/sold recently here • Can compare PBEL with nearby Kokapet / APPA Junction projects • Have views on rental demand, future appreciation, or whether this specific floor/view config deserves a premium Is ₹1.6 Cr fair or still on the higher side for PBEL City? If yes then what shall be the fair market value of a flat like this ? Thanks in advance!
Hi Hyderabadis, I’m a Tamil guy from Chennai, moving to Hyderabad for a job near L. B. Nagar. This will be my first time living outside Tamil Nadu, so I wanted to understand the city better from people who actually live in and around LB Nagar. Would really appreciate honest advice and local guidance regarding: How is Hyderabad overall for someone new to the city? Food options near LB Nagar – Tamil food availability, mess, budget eats, etc. Good social places/cafes/malls/areas/cinemas to hang out and meet people Public transport and daily travel experience Safe and trustworthy PGs or 1BHK options for working professionals Language/culture differences – will Telugu/Hindi be necessary? Is English enough to survive? Any culture shock for a Chennai guy? Areas near LB Nagar that are good/safe to stay in for office commute Looking for: Single PG or shared PG with decent people (AC or AC, anything welcome) Or a budget 1BHK Safe area preferred since I’ll be completely new to the city Would be helpful if people living near LB Nagar or those who shifted from Chennai/Tamil Nadu can share their experience too. Thanks.
Hi, guys I sorted out Ramky one symphony after visiting lot of areas like tellapur, nallagandla & gopanepally. As it fits within my budget (1cr at max) and my office is just 7kms from this society. I prefered good gated society(as ramky is reputed builder) and yes, compromising with area/location. Is it worth going for this? Please give your thoughts
there were 605 i guess plot sizes and 1200 change i dont remeber the perfect sizes but yeah. The amenities are great and price was 1cr which my family felt okay after listening to there offerings. Just checking if any body visited or know more about them. Please let me know, I dont want to loose if there are nay good offerings
