Perfect Home & Perfect Experience ! We are absolutely thrilled with our brand new apartment in ‘A Block’ that was recently handed over to us! The construction quality is top-notch, and the attention to detail is impressive. The 3BHK layout is thoughtfully designed, making the most of the space and it caters to all kinds of end-customers(compact to lavish). The amenities provided are on-par with any other luxury community in Hyderabad. The location is perfect and an added advantage with easy access to ORR & Financial District. The handover process was seamless, and the team was very responsive to our queries during the handover procedure and the checklist. Looking forward to meeting my new neighbours soon. Highly recommended for people looking for residential apartments in Kokapet.

Poulomi management feels customers like family and treats in same way. They never compromise in the Quality of the construction and luxury of flat owners. Each and every employee in Poulomi will have good friendly communication with customers and good care of the customers needs.

One of the reasons for finalising this project after checking a few other projects in the vicinity is due to the number of balconies in each flat, construction quality, vaastu compliance, and location of property. We took 2130sft, got 3 balconies connected to the living room, bedroom, and balcony. I visited the site twice, and both the times I found the response from the office staff poor, not up to the mark. This needs to be improved. Project completed in time and ready for handover in May 2024.

Very good location and one of the best plans / designs amongst many new ventures and high rise buildings popping up in and around Kokapet. Poulomi constructions is also famous for their quality and designs. Bought a flat and happy with my decision. Waiting for handover in 2024.
