Another amazing project in a fantastic location facing ORR and stone throw away from ORR exit no 1 (kokapet/financial district). Bang on the corner plot to golden mile road. We can expect reasonable pricing given the history of prestige tranquil & highfeilds. Reaching financial district & Gachibowli is a cake walk & reaching airport is a hassle free drive. Many in Hyderabad may not know Prestige but they are huge in bangalore & other markets. I predict this project to be a super successful one!

Hey guys, quick flashback! Two years back, my brother was looking for a flat for rent and he chose one in BHEL. I honestly didn’t like it at all. I was like, “Why so far from the city life?” I wasn’t convinced. But my brother is kind of an environmental guy. He said, “There’s no pollution there, it’s peaceful,” and all that. I was still not happy back then. We were more into the busy city vibe, you know… city life and all. But he went ahead and took it anyway. Fast forward to now — I came to Hyderabad two weeks ago after WFH, and this time I stayed at their place. Earlier, I used to stay in different flats around Madhapur, HiTech City, and Kondapur. But this place? I unexpectedly loved it like crazy. Let me tell you why: Morning runs on the walking track — the environment, the huge trees (some look like they’re 100 years old!), and so many people coming there. You can easily make friends. It’s been years since I played proper cricket on a big ground — not box cricket — especially after leaving my hometown Guntur. Even there, we don’t really have big grounds now. Here, I played after so long and it felt sooo good. Seriously amazing feeling. Aesthetics — almost 90% of the houses look beautiful. Not in a “rich” way, but in a very classy, aesthetic way. Just looking at them gives a wow feeling. Slow life — there’s literally no pollution, no honking sounds, no construction noise. These were everyday issues in the areas I stayed before. I even deleted Swiggy, Zomato, Blinkit, and Zepto. No need! Everything is available nearby. Because of that, I’m actually saving a lot of money too. So yeah… maybe I’m overreacting  but I genuinely loved it. So much that if I ever decide to settle in Hyderabad, I’d definitely choose somewhere near BHEL. If I exaggerated anywhere, sorry… but this is honestly how I felt.

Pathetic builder – avoid at any cost. Post-handover, they completely neglect society maintenance, leading to life-threatening situations. The clubhouse is in terrible condition with zero upkeep, despite charging a steep ₹4.7/sq.ft in maintenance – significantly higher than well-managed communities like My Home Apasara. There have been multiple incidents of glass panels falling from heights, both from the clubhouse and the towers. One such incident resulted in a resident getting injured, as shown in the image below. The society looks premium and well maintained. The balconies are spacious and the room sizes are decent. The flat layout is good and feels practical for daily living. On the downside, the society is surrounded by tall buildings, so most flats do not get much direct sunlight. Flats facing the Outer Ring Road are quite noisy. With windows open, the noise level goes above 70 dB in the living room as well as the master bedroom, which can be uncomfortable. Overall, a good society in terms of build quality and layout, but sunlight and road noise are things to keep in mind before deciding.

Property looks fine but you might face plenty of difficulty in getting details from the individual heading marketing team. You have to literally ask each and every thing about the property since they won't even explain the project. You will be handed over a price sheet as soon as you enter and then you have to figure out the rest of the details. Try Prestige TRANQUIL there representatives will explain project details properly.

1) they have servant rooms 2)vehicles allowed on podium level 3) subi/suba reddy is waste fellow he is argue , disrespectful towards senior citizens. 4) he is showing Bengaluru business mind in telangana. prestige himself is instructing the sales people to behave rudly with the customer so that he can sell the flats at a higher price by time of project completion. 5)few flats availability is displayed in the sheet 6) no site visit

Location location location…. Being in the SEZ of Kokapet, right next to the ORR and near tot he high tech city are few of the many advantages. Project is in the bidder of ultra Luxury projects and with a well know builder by Prestige. Tower 1 and Unit1 is most impressed for me where you can have views of ORR and open to the sky.

PBH is situated in one of the Hyderabad’s most preferred and affluent neighbourhoods, easily approachable from the Outer Ring Road, Neopolis and Financial District. The society is surrounded by IT hubs, retail outlets, schools and hospitals nearby.
