Whomever consider as Prestige as good, Please buy it and we from PHF will definetly hope that you are the next person finding the other Prestige property to share your negative reviews for sure, Because once you buy a flat and expect some common sense from PPMS then you will see our pain why we are coming out and creeping. Also brother we already hold the flat at PHF and degrading the Prestige value eventually it is impacting the market for our resale. We don't want to do that as well and solve internally. But it is not happening and no one listens to your problem's. If you want to have a live experience then you can visit any day to Prestige PHF you will have a live show on how Prestige will do Circus with the residents.

Prestige projects in Hyderabad are comparatively built using substandard quality. Do not get fooled by their projects in Bengaluru. In Hyderabad, go for Aparna/MyHome and avoid Prestige projects. Visit their existing projects in Hyderabad and see it for yourself else you will regret investing you hard earned Money. Few common issues with all Prestige Projects - 1. PPMS (mostly head by Kumud R during initial days) will look after the project and will ensure all the vendors make the most of the money with increased costs, so post-handover the Maintenance cost will be high. 2. All projects will have stray dogs inside the society. (Not even a single project of Aparna/MyHome will have Stray dogs inside society). 3. All projects will have bikes/trucks/cars going through the podium (Majority of Myhome projects have vehicle free podium). 4. Basements stink and are poorly designed. Owners are forced to use the podium as they cannot make their guest use the Basements due to zero aesthetic appeal of basements. Do visit basements for any projects across Hyderabad and you will see leakages everywhere. 5. Most of the projects have gotten rid of PPMS (Prestige Property Management services) just due to their inefficiency and pathetic customer experience.

Think thrice before investing in prestige properties in Hyderabad. I own flat in Prestige High Fields and sharing some very negative experiences so that future buyers take caution. 1. Horrible maintenance: PPMS, the prestige property management services, is run by a group of highly incompetent people. Swimming pool is unclean, corridor is dirty, garbage management is bad, smelly drains. 2. No timing of billing: PPMS sends maintenance bills after every 4-5 months. Then they threaten people if someone fails to pay such big amount all of a sudden. 3. Payment of bills are random: They have no mechanism to pay electricity or maintenance. We need to pay bills in some account, share screenshot & often they do audit mistakes. This is a nightmare. 4. No meeting with owners: They never met owners for the last several months to listen to our concerns. 5. Appalling pet policy: poop all over the place. Pee in lift, poop in children park etc. 6. Serious leakage issue in basement: horrible construction failure led to continuous rain water leakage in the basement. Further, there are water leakage incidents. 7. Dirty water from kitchen tap. 8. Smelly dirty water in bathroom. Overall, prestige failed to maintain any quality whatsoever in prestige high fields and ivy league too. Kindly be very careful before purchasing. Property appreciation is very less due to such factors..

I regretfully share my experience with Prestige High Fields Property Management, which has been nothing short of a nightmare. The management of this property has been consistently poor, exhibiting a lack of professionalism, responsiveness, and basic courtesy towards property owners. I feel compelled to highlight the numerous issues that have plagued my tenure here. First and foremost, the behavior of the management towards property owners has been shockingly rude. Instead of fostering a cooperative and respectful environment, they have chosen to adopt an adversarial approach. This unwarranted behavior is completely unacceptable and reflects their disregard for the individuals who entrust them with the responsibility of managing the property. One of the most concerning aspects is their unresponsiveness. It seems that once they have collected the high monthly maintenance charges from residents, their motivation to address any concerns promptly diminishes. They are consistently understaffed, compromising the quality of their services, which is an evident attempt to cut costs. This results in a severe lack of attention to residents' needs and exacerbates the problems within the property. The neglect of basic cleanliness standards is a glaring issue. The common areas and facilities are rarely cleaned, which not only leads to an unsightly and unhygienic environment but also poses health hazards to the residents. The lack of regular garbage collection only adds to the deteriorating state of the property. It is disheartening to witness such negligence, especially considering the fees we pay for maintenance. Furthermore, the management's failure to maintain an adequate security staff is deeply concerning. Ensuring the safety and security of residents should be a top priority for any property management company. Unfortunately, this aspect has been severely overlooked, leaving residents feeling vulnerable and unsafe within their own homes. In summary, my experience with Prestige High Fields Property Management has been a complete disappointment. The poor management, rude behavior, unresponsiveness, understaffing to reduce costs, lack of regular cleaning, improper garbage collection, and inadequate security staff are all significant issues that need urgent attention. I strongly advise prospective buyers to reconsider choosing Projects by Prestige.

Prestige Hyderabad is a big joke and could not live up to Prestige Bangalore. Both seem to be completely different and heavily disappointed with this expectation of mine. I would strongly suggest folks to do their background work before investing/purchasing property from Prestige. Good Location

Overall, I highly recommend Prestige Clairmont to anyone looking for a luxurious and convenient place to live in Hyderabad. The location is excellent . All schools , Malls , office spaces near by. The floor plans are really good.

Phf peoples trying to solve the problems internally but the Property manager is a Big concern here, he is not allowing anything, which is very the worst divide and rule policy, and the property manager creating a Big nuisance and he is untrusted and Unreliable - Few Examples of Owner complied on Internally salon - Dirty water from kitchen tap - stp water issues in Bathrooms -secretly formed an association without the knowledge/consent of all owners -any concerns promptly diminish -The neglect of basic cleanliness standards is a glaring issue. The common areas and facilities are rarely cleaned failure to maintain an adequate security staff *****rude behavior Property Manager(Major issue)***** No response from Help desk and recently they are switching the Mobile (they never think about any emergency) ***No response from CEO Aswell, even if we send multiple mails -my experience with Prestige High Fields Property Management has been a complete disappointment. It is Prestige group apartment and they are reasonable in price and payment terms compared to surrounding projects

Absolutely thrilled with my investment in Prestige Clairemont! Despite being in the construction phase, I'm already impressed by the meticulous attention to detail and the transparent communication from the team. Please do not invest here … we are still living in prestige high feilds and facing n number of issues … seepage in ceiling is since 2 months and yet not resolved, introduce new apps for bill payment and owners getting wrong bills like 60-90k and then they just cut electricity…. Swimming pool is not well maintained…. Prestige is just a brand name but do not have any experience….Overall Prestige is not good in Hyderabad and do not have reliable team . Today all of the financial district had the electricity but only PHF didn’t since more that 24 hr.
