There is a bridge being planned on the golden mile road in kokapet to save an underground to well right in front of the Prestige Tranquil. What do people think will happen on the golden mile road with regards to traffic diversion and how long will it take considering other similar projects in Hyderabad. Are there any other similar bridges? I am just curious and surprised because it seems to be an overkill

Great place. Good build quality, well ventilated, spacious and with modern amenities. Amazing location on the Golden mile road in Kokapet. Next to two international schools and in close proximity to several office buildings including those in the financial district. Their club house is world class. Good maintenance.
Prestige quality standards is pathetic . We pay crores of rupees to have a third class tiles in your home and corridors.. every where they use third grade quality standards. Attached is the tiles picture of a crores worth flat from prestige group.. these are kitchen tiles in a brand new apartment .. I regret a lot for buying from Prestige..
Prestige Tranquil is not a luxury/ultra luxury apartment, small builders apartments are built with better quality and maintained better than Prestige Tranquil. prestige charge high maintenance charges but the facilities are below avg, the staff did painting final coating after all residents occupied and paint dust and stains are left like that for more than 24 hrs its mess to live in the flats even after complaint ticket no response from house keeping team. Kids play soccer on roads, 1 batminton court for 900+ families, poor construction quality water is leaking to lower floors from upper floor bathrooms and best part is maintenance people took 45 days to figure out and fix the issue. Parking is chaos god know how they allocated parking , main gate entrance on B1 ends and becomes of half abruptly with a car parking ohhh god common man organizes much better than this, glasses from club houses and lobbby of towers falls for any winds its very risky. And many more issues ….
Another project by Prestige Group in Hyderabad. Location of this project is pretty awesome and is located on the Golden mile road just Opp to Upcoming Iscon Temple. Proximity to Neopolis SEZ, Schools and ORR makes it a perfect place to stay. Hopefully, this will be ready by mid of 2024.

Good location, reputed builder. Close proximity of other high rise residential (like SAS Crown, ABSL, Rajpushpa) and commercial properties. 5mins away from ORR, Narsingi junction and financial district. Two international school in 500m radius.
